This office is very professional and rude. They filed my previous year's taxes incorrectly so I ended up having to repay taxes. This year I made an appointment and AMANI ABDELHADI
Senior Tax Specialist was so rude and unprofessional she took a walk in at the time of our appointment and let me waiting without any communication. Then when I called in she left me on hold for 30minutes. Then they hung up on me. Then they refused to answer when I called back. Do not get your taxes taken care of here.
Worst of all AMANI ABDELHADI Senior Tax Specialist sent me a last minute message lying that the camera was not working instead of acknowledging that she mismanaged her time by prioritizing a walk in above an appointment that she scheduled. Then when I called in the receptionist confirmed that AMANI ABDELHADI Senior Tax Specialist did in fact lie and was in the middle of working with a walk in client.
Do not come here please find a more professional

I went today Sunday 11:30 because I had an appointment at 12 and the very rude sectarian treated me very badly I am 5 years old going to do my taxes oh and it lasted 2 hours stand up waiting she dint let me take chair and the girl told me if you don't like it go somewhere else dont go so that theyyou dont feel how bad I feel that they treated me like this it was where all my family go do tax this woman with a very bad attitude

Hope Coy was our agent at the Main street location in grand prairie, she had Very little knowledge about what she was doing , had no clear answers for our questions and concerns , and was rushing us through the process so she can get to leave out. I would not recommend her to anyone.
