Very poor performance needed to do my taxes so was my mom as well the gentleman didn’t even ask if it was for us 2 and then some lady Elizabeth Herrera look like a scam didn’t know what she was doing answer her personal phone while doing taxes don’t even know she did my moms taxes right and also didn’t do mine was rude no never again there’s more to say I choose not too very bad experience never will recommend this place in grand praire.

My tax professional was great. I went in there expecting to have to pay a huge amount to the IRS. As we where sitting down at her desk she relieved me of all that stress, you are getting a refund. Let me just say I have never hugged a tax professional before, but you better believe that Vickie got a big ol hug from me at the end of our meeting.
