I’m disappointed in the food. Small portions. Chicken fried steak was dry. Eggs overcooked. Hashbrowns cold. Our waitress was good. Great attitude and she was doing the best she could. That food was disappointing. I however can never learn my lesson and will keep coming back.

I was waiting for 15 minutes and no one was anywhere to be found. If yall are open 24 hours there’s no reason at 10 o’clock that I should be standing there that long. Coming from someone who works in customer service ??

They were awful don't waste your money placed my order online waited 30 mins in store missing most my food and what was there was awful when I called they both people I spoke to admitted they just don't know what's going on like what

This is the closest ihop I have and I’ve been here a handful of times. Every time I want to see if service has change… dissatisfied each time. I feel like it’s worst’s each time I go. Today we came in one girl was running around from sitting people, getting their orders and cashing them out. Lots of tables were not cleaned, understaffed and we had to get items from other tables like sugars, ketchup and hot sauce. Since our waiter was everywhere and we had to ask her several times for things. Food was missing or done wrong. I will drive to the one by carrier or the parks mall where I know I get better service.

Dropped $56 on cold food, slow service and the store wasn't busy at 3pm, when we went. My wife and I wanted to celebrate with our 3 young boys, a 14 year anniversary of our 1st date. It was at an IHOP in Arlington. It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks and 25 more (45 minutes total) to get our food, in addition, we barely saw our waiter. Plus we were charged for our kids drinks when the menu said they were included. It would be nice if the GM would comp us a meal to try them again, so I could leave a better review of how we celebrated our 1st date with our kids.

What can I say, the food is to die for, especially the bacon, from the moment I walked in tell I walked out I had great customer service. The price is right to.

Honestly, I expected better. I have to say, considering the fact that there were hardly any customers. I waited quite some time to be seated, and now that I think about it, there was more staff than customers, and I still had to wait. I won't be back any time soon.

There were maybe 10 people working but the restaurant was dirty. Most of the servers were standing clowning around, but not one could grab a broom and clean up. The server spilled a drink, kinda cleans it up but left straws and lemon wedges on the floor. We got our food, but I had to go and grab my own silverware. I don't fault the server who was new, but whomever the manager is should be fired for not being able to run the crew.

The hashbrowns weren't cooked. They had a brown spot where they had been put on the grill but we're still a very white, cold square. My grandson ordered scrambled eggs and blueberry crapes. The eggs were so over cooked he had to use a knife to cut them into bites and he got pancakes.I had the eggs Benedict, there was less than a spoonful of Holandaise sauce, not even enough to taste. My cinnamon crepes were cold when they were brought out. We were never offered a drink refill.The restaurant wasn't busy and we saw 6 servers. We were essentially ignored.

We came to have lunch and stood around in an empty place and still go no service. We finally got sat and it took them 10mins just to get us drinks and even then no one wanted to even do that and stood around trying to make no eye contact so they wouldn’t get called over to take our order.The staff doesnt seem to want to work not sure how any of them got the job. I would be so embarrassed to be the GM here and have this location.

This is the 2nd time we attempted to visit this specific location and we're just standing around for 10 minutes, no greeting, no host in the front, no acknowledgement what so ever. There definitely won't be a third attempt.

This place needs to fire the entire stAff and start over poor services no greeting no one around to help me or sit me at a table just horrible and embarrassing if that was my business
