Sam is a true champion of customer service! I came in at the end of the day, needing an oil change and she was warm, enthusiastic, and full of energy. It made my visit a true delight and made me a customer for life!

Let me preface this by saying that I have lived blocks away from this Jiffy Lube for years. I get my oil changed here regularly. Because I am an educator, I always use the educators discount code. In years past, I have never had a problem, but because they have 0 employee retention, it is difficult to get to know the people who service you. Today, Justin G. was extremely rude; he refused to acknowledge the discount. I was using a coupon. I finally waited him out and miraculously he typed in a code that worked. By the way, he never asked for my District ID, which he was suppose to do. This behavior is unacceptable and Jiffy Lube must do better or hire more reputable and honest people. This guys wore darkened sunglasses the entire time, he was slovenly dressed, and reeked of smoke. This location has gone down down down.

Wife took her car in for new spark plugs ( an assumption I made based on how the vehicle was acting). without performing any kind of diagnosis on her vehicle, the shop said she needed plugs, coil packs and valve cover replacement. I was sitting in the parking lot when she came to tell me that they were going to charge her $550 dollars. I went inside to speak to the manager to indicate that we were only interested in spark plugs. She stated that it had to be done that way so that we couldnt blame them if something went wrong. i told her that I needed to discuss this outrageous pricing with my wife and that I would be back. I'm sitting in my car with her and doing research and find that the plugs, coil packs and valve cover gasket are only $100. And that we were being charged 450 in labor. About ten minutes go by, I have received another quote from another shop, and we are about to go and let them know that we will be taking our vehicle elsewhere. The manager begins to pull the car in the bay and my wife notifies her that we will be going somewhere else instead, to which the manager replies "well I wish I hadn't already ordered the parts"....... So to recap, they uncharged her on a bunch of parts ( they did no diagnostic) they didn't know if we needed. Got caught, then tried to guilt trip my wife by saying they already ordered the parts. what a joke. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you enjoy being scammed.

Very unprofessional at this place now. They told me come inside for inspection but I waited over 45 minutes and they told me the machine is down. The manager didn’t even apologize to me about it and he talked very rude. Just told me the machine is down. Been a customer here over 10 years but never come back here again.

I came the day prior, and sat there for over 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me. Cars were pulling up, and we were not sure which queue to go in as I was there for an emission test. I decided to leave. Out of all my years of conducting business there, I feel like this location is under different management. I returned the next day. The same lady that paid no attention to the vehicles the day prior, addressed me and advised the emission will take an hour, and to pull over to the side of the building.I want to state that BARBARA (the lady that completed the emission) was AWESOME and this review should not reflect on her as she was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. My review is based upon the over all changes that have happened since last year, and the other lady that the day prior walked around w/o acknowledging customers, standing around talking to the other employees. (or at least the difference I noticed since July 2023, as I brought my other vehicle there for emissions as well, and EVERYBODY was friendly, knowledgeable, water was provided if needed.

So happy I stopped byJust wanted to update my review. After clicking submit on my review, all the lights in my car begin to act funny signaling there was something wrong. Went back to Jeffy and after working with Tom, I was informed the a piece of my oil filter fell off into my oil tank. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealer and repaired there with reassurance that everything would be paid back. I was able to the piece out with video footage from bmw to support the error was fixed. Only concern is I have been keeping in touch with Tom to find out when I will get re-compensation but have not received a email at the least that they are reviewing my case. I also asked to be refunded for the oil change I had there but was told I could not, even though bmw was cheaper for me.
