The manager who helped me was very attentive to what I asked for and I really appreciated that. I have an extra wide foot and it seemed that there were only one or two shoes in stock that are extra wide.. I was disappointed in the selection for wide feet, but thrilled with good service and the fact that he didn’t try to tell me that a medium shoe would stretch with time like so many other shoe sales men have done.

Terrible customer service! Wont spend money anywhere with bad customer service. The “manager” was looking down at her phone the whole time and the other was watching something on an iPad. So much to where I was able to take a pictures and they still didn’t notice. They didn’t ask if they could assist us with anything and didn’t even say bye. My husband was planning to make a big purchase but obviously we didn’t fit the criteria to receive customer service.

The website says the store closes at 9 pm and it closed at 8 called the store and the manager closed a few minutes before 8. I called and he would not open. We drove 30 minutes to get a pair if shoes. Poor customer service! Website needs to be updated!!!!

Outlet store sells mostly inferior grade J&M shoes. I guess that is to be expected. The main factor that affected my rating was a rude clerk.
