I just want to commend Linda and her team at this Kroger Pharmacy for going above and beyond to help us get the necessary medication for our sick one. They have been more than helpful and and patient with us even after numerous calls from us. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy! That's why Kroger is my preferred store.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years, and the service gets worse and worse every year! They have no regard for their customers, and their prices are higher than most. If you knew you'd be closed today, why wouldn't you fill your customers prescription the day before, so the wouldn't be without their medication? My doctor sent my electronic prescription Thursday 4/17 @5pm, I got the text confirmation. I didn't get confirmation that it was received by Kroger until Friday 4/18 @6pm, over 24 hours to receive it electronically? My prescription is due to be filled 4/20, but my doctor says it can be filled 2 days early, hence why they send it early. But Kroger has refused to fill it early in the past, not sure why it matters to them though. I didn't think that they would be closed today, due to Easter, maybe shorter hours, but not open at all 🤦♀️. Unfortunately they are CLOSED TODAY per the website, and the store operator. So now I have to go 24 hours without medication? This is crazy, and unacceptable. I will be moving my business to CVS after this. Seems like CVS goes above and beyond for my mother all the time with her prescription, because they know how important it is for people to have their medicine. It could be life or death, but Kroger doesn't seem to care. Now I'm going to have to take an extended unpaid lunch break to go get my prescription, because I'm not going to make it through a 10 hour shift without it. Thanks Kroger!

I love this Kroger pharmacy! They are always incredibly helpful and kind. I have a lot of different prescriptions and they have always made refills and finding discounts way less overwhelming. Eli especially has helped me many times and is genuinely just a cool guy!

We have been long time customers of this pharmacy, even when we moved an hour away. The staff are always kind, helpful and ready to assist in anyway they can, and we always get the best prices for our many medications. Often the staff finds better pricing for us! We gladly choose this pharmacy over the others we have tried, including online services.

Renzi, the pharmacist is amazing!! She is caring and helpful! She has went outa her way to help her customers. Even though this Kroger changes managers/staff like crazy & needs some stability. MS. RENZI is by far the best.

Long lines cashier slow don't have many lines open my son work there they ain't even paid him n the ppl he work with that wasn't a boss was yelling at him he ain't nothing but 16 his first job he still learning

I went to the store on 2525 West I-20. I don't know what was wrong with this place but the 2 employees I encountered went above and beyond. Dennis in the freezer department and Bryan working lot were both super friendly and informative. It's great to see people that take pride in their job. 5 Stars to both of them and to management for hiring them. (My receipt reference number is 392615)

Two different Kroger's give me 2 different prices on prescriptions. This location charging me full price telling me that the other location was wrong and I know they weren't. Had to get my prescription back and go elsewhere.

It's 8:30 am on a busy Wednesday morning, before a storm coming. NOT 1, I REPEAT, NOT 1 checkout lane open. Only self checkout lanes open with 1 worker assisting customers. Plenty of kroger associates doing random walking and chatting throughout entire store. Terrible!!!
