David and Jaz checked my car because it was OverheatingAnd my antifreeze was leaking and they told me it just needs a simple fix. I appreciate them for that and they were very helpful.

Juan and David were absolutely amazing!! I came in on frantic mode with my car shooting off error signals and I was freaking out! They calmed me down and showed me all I needed was liquid for my car. They were so nice and professional and topped off my car fluid and quickly fixed my problem. I’m so grateful for their amazing customer service and kindness. I will definitely be back for another service on my car. Thank you both so much!!

I would give zero if I could been going there for yrs. They forgot to put a sticker on my car last rime i was there again. Called to find out what my mileage was guy says you'll have to come back in for us to tell you. I said I know it's in your system if you could just look it up for me. He says he doesn't have time for that. Welllll I don't have time to drive all the way back there to find out that I don't need an oil change yet Sooooo I'll now be going somewhere else. Lost a 10 yr customer with 3 vehicles.

Been going there for years I started with $35 then it went to $45 for a regular 5w30 motor oil change but on July 3, 2025 for $72? I'm sorry but that's not right. Good luck.

I align my car there charge me $135. Told me I had to replace parts on my right front tire, because they were bent. I replace the parts went back and told me they had to charge me again because they had to align all 4 again. Others would give waranty but they didnt because I didnt fix my car there. And also the tire couldnt be align right because they didnt told i had to buy a specil part.

Female staff working there today 5/14/25, very very rude and demanding customers. Pulled up to ask for oil change, ask if I could use the same oil used last time, female staff stated , you know your oil price would be higher, flagging her hand towards me, I asked , why she has attitude towards me, she proceeded to say, you can go somewhere else. I said to her, that's how you run your customers away, sorry, am a business owner myself, I won't be runner off, but I would make sure I report you to your supervisor. She went completely off, on me, running her mouth while am trying to explain the situation to her supervisor , please don't go there, poor customer service. Bad employee attitude

Called to see what it would cost to have front rotors and pads put on, already had the parts the guy says $250 I informed him I called the other location and he said $150 that I just wanted to come here because I was right up the street. Told me they are not affiliated even though they are the same name and logo. I said we'll $100 is a big difference for the same job. Don't go here they are definitely overcharging. Went to another shop who charged me $120 had me out in 30min. Avoid if you Don want to be ripped off.

I had a terrible experience here. After getting my oil changed, they failed to properly screw the oil cap back on, which caused my car to start smoking. I had to find an emergency shop to top off my oil, and while doing so, I got into an accident. The new Kwik Kar I went to confirmed in writing that the loose cap was the issue and advised me to go back to this location for a refund.
When I called the manager, I explained everything, including the fact that I had just been in an accident because of their mistake. He assured me over the phone that I would be refunded. However, after my car spent 3-4 weeks in the shop, I went back in person, only for him to completely deny the refund—despite what he had promised. I wasted an hour driving there just to be told “no” face-to-face.
This place is completely untrustworthy. Not only did they make a serious mistake with my car, but they also went back on their word. I would never trust them with my vehicle again.

This was the worst experience I’ve had. Felt like I was played in my face. I can in for a serpentine belt replacement and the manager tried to charge me $400 for it. Being knowledgeable on parts and labor costs ranges I knew immediately he was trying to bamboozle me. I went to another Kwik Kar right after and they charged me $90 for both the part and labor and did a great job replacing it. Smh. You can not do people like that. That is definitely bad business.
