Parking not so great but able to get what I need and get out

I need to get ahold of the store owner immediately. On Sunday Nov2 at approximately 3-4pm I was in the dressing room and accidentally left my bag in the dressing room and came back about 15-20 min later to retrieve it but found all of my cash was missing inside the bag. I alerted the manager if she could tell me who turned in the bag or if she could look into the security cameras because a large amount of cash was missing and she would not cooperate and was incredibly rude. It makes no sense on why she would not want to look into the cameras or tell me what employee turned in my bag since you need a key to even open a fitting room. I filed a police report but without the managers cooperation there’s nothing else I can do, the manager on duty was acting very sketchy, dismissive, and did not care to help me. I would not be making a big deal out of this if it was a small amount of money that I’m losing but unfortunately since I was shopping I carried more cash in my bag than I should have and need to find out if an employee or manager is behind this theft.

Alexis was great best experience I stopped going to the Levi’s store because of the horrible experience i had in Allen with Matt ! His behavior was appalling and just down right rude and disrespectful.i couldn’t believe the way I was treated in Allen I tried to get a corporate number so your company can know how he is treating his customers in front of children as well he degraded me in front of my children and thought it was funny please be aware if his behavior . Alexis at Grand Prairie needs to be a prime example of the for front of your store and representing your company . I purchased 3 pairs of Levi’s and she made me feel valued I was feeling down that day due to image issues going through cancer . You just never know what that customer that walks through that door is going through so please thank her for her great customer service!

The customer service was excellent. We went for an online exchange for a longer size and received the best help. Unfortunately, the style we were looking for was unavailable but the sales associate assisted us in reordering them online after suggesting a fitting of a similar fit. I’m definitely coming back.

Shay and Abby went above and beyond to make our shopping experience a memorable one. They were super friendly, helpful and patient with us. They helped out wherever possible and accommodated all our requests regarding the payment process without any hesitation. Moreover, they even recommended different options to optimise our shopping cart and ensured that we leave as happy and satisfied customers. I have shopped a lot across different Levi's stores over the years but this one was by far my most favourite one!

I wish there was a negative mark for this store. Purchased nearly $700 worth of merchandise from them a month ago one of the pair of blue jeans tore right at the top the back pocket after one washing just wanted to exchange it the store manager Alicia told me that was normal, wear and tear on able to exchange our refund

501 jeans listed at 79.99 get the next pair free. Where is the discount. I can get a pair at Dillard’s for $49.99. Most customers recognize a bait and switch!
