Horrible customer service. Purchased a couch at this location on 11/13/24 and was helped by a sales rep by the name of Anthony but he goes by Tony. Everything was going smoothly. We set up a date and time for delivery and installment only to find out today that we apparently can’t choose a time for it to be delivered. This is not what we were told by Tony, either he doesn’t know his own stores policies or lied to begin with. Either way I called the customer service line to resolve the issue and explain the situation we were led to believe. Only for the gentlemen that answered the phone to very rude and short. A lot of talk only for the end result to be “you should’ve been told you can’t choose a time and there’s nothing I can do”. The only option was to reschedule the delivery for a different date entirely which puts us in a tough spot because some of us work for a living. What a joke. Be honest with your customers about what can and can’t be done. This situation could’ve been avoided entirely.
