I found a luggage that had some damage on it and typically when there is damaged on the product I am able to get a discount on it. I spoke to manager Marianna and she said “show me where those markings are for discount”. I proceeded to show her and she said “those scratches are removable”. I then expressed that I tried and she said no you need to try again they can be taken off. I asked for her to give it a try since she had some cleaning material right next to her. She gave it a try but what a surprise she could not take those permanent markings off the luggage. I wish I could have taken pictures of it so I can post it here. And I am upset that she was stringing me along if she didn’t really have intention to give me a discount in the first place. I think this place used to have great service but now it’s lacking overall.

It is very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and polite. We were able to find the items most of the items that we were looking for and the prices were very inexpensive.

I had the opportunity to visit this location on November 24, 2023 “BLACK FRIDAY” and although they were extremely busy, the store was clean and the associates were nice. One associate “Ms. Zakia S” in particular went over and beyond to assist me. She took the time and effort to find what I was looking for. Ms. Zakia was kind, friendly, professional, polite, and courteous. She is the definition of a LEADER and knows exactly what customer service is and should be. I appreciate you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel welcome to Texas and showing me the way customer service is provided throughout Marshall Stores. Your # 1 and for that reason alone I am now a Marshalls customer forever. Thank You Ms. Zakia S
