Joe (Noel) was amazing from the minute he answered the phone with tons of questions. We had been looking online but truly needed to lay down on a bed before we made a decision on such a pricey purchase. My husband has had back surgery and he was so VERY helpful with a lot of questions we had. He was always willing to answer any questions even if we had to come back after we made our purchase.If you need a new bed we'll call and ask for Joe, he is you man.

Joe was phenomenal!!! He helped us get a mattress for our daughter but also helped us learn the best way to use our existing purple mattress with adjustable frame we got from mattress firm 2 years ago! I woke up without lower back pain!!!! Highly recommend!
