No one helped to solve the issue with the McDonald's app, where there are some bugs. I used 6000 points for a Happy Meal and didn't receive it. I communicated with the manager, but she didn't know how to solve the problem. She called an employee who was ready to discuss the issue but ended up pushing me away with falsehoods. I showed proof through my app, indicating the date and time of the order, but she didn't take care of it. Based on her opinion, it was a display of low skills. I will never go again. ?♂️

Just left this place don’t know who is hiring RUDE kids with zero customer service at least one young girl was nicer about the situation dude at the drive thru gave me a macflurry when I asked for a shamrock macflurry then he proceeded to adding green syrup and handed it back to me unacceptable so I waited until he fixed all he did was stir it up with a spoon and handed back to me manager was there didn’t bother to at least attempt to fix the issue sad they are hiring this kind of people

I used a deal for a breakfast item and arrived at the McDonalds at 10:14 am. When I gave my drive thru code, they told me it was not valid. I then had to remove the deal; however, when I tried to add it back, it told me I had to wait 15 minutes. I left the drive thru, parked, and WAITED for 15 minutes until the I could use the deal again before getting back in the drive thru line. By the time it was my turn to order (for the second time), it was after 10:30 am and I could not get the breakfast that I went there for.I should also add that I tried to order ahead on the app and received an error message that they could not accept mobile orders (their mobile ordering has been down for at least 3 weeks). I had no choice but to use the drive thru code to receive my deal. When I tried to call the location to speak to a manager, it appears as if their phone line is disconnected. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience.

Terrible service, on February 25 at 9:10 pm we went to buy food and the manager was very rude and despotic, with a terrible attitude. They don't give us food, we are paying. They should give them courses in customer service.They should pay more attention to their workers and hire people who are more trained in customer service.

Manager is disrespectful and rude. She had a stank face and handed the food so rudely. She told us next time to “know our order”. She should not be manager at this store if she’s gonna act miserable and rude.

The cashier just charged and left to place some orders. He didn't ask us if we wanted to have breakfast there. He didn't give us the receipt. We didn't know what number we were in order. We put in the payment card and he turned his back on us. I stayed there alone watching until 3 minutes later another cashier boy arrived and we asked for the receipt to see what order we had. And we already knew. Afterwards they gave us breakfast in a bag to go. And we just took it out of the bag and sat there having breakfast. I think they need more staff in the mornings.

Edit today 1/22/24 at 11:49a.mI was running late to work and they had the nerve to give me fries that were cold. As busy as they are there is always a freaking issue with the fries. Call the line to talk to someone and cant even get through. Today of course i chose not to get a receipt because it was raining and I just didnt feel like being bothered with the extra ling receipt for nothing. Now Im pissed cause I have to go back out in the rain which will be 6hrs later as thats when my lunch break is to handle this since they have the dang phone off the hook!!! Managers need to stop letting them leave the fries in the side rack. Not okay to drive and want a nice fry and its cold and wrinkly. Dont worry I am saving the dang fries as they are not edible or even bareable to eat!???McDonald's at 9:05 p.m. on Sunday they claim they are open but their doors are closed and locked. The girl in the drive thru told me they are open and they are NOT OPEN! Makes no sense to be closed and have a line out into the street! Horrible when employees have no idea whether the inside is open or not!

The staff at this McDonald's have discourteous behavior, demonstrating a departure from standard protocols. Moreover, there's a tendency to overprice sauces. Employees engage in gossip after closing the window. The workers discuss me, creating an unwelcome atmosphere. Such unprofessional conduct is distasteful and significantly discourages my return to this particular location, Main St. Grand Prairie, TX
