Been coming here since I was 15 never had any issues until recently.I keep telling them not to touch the top just worry about the middle and a little bit on the bottom when doing my eyebrows but instead they do the complete opposite of what I tell them to and resort to trimming them down almost as if I have no eyebrow, I just want to remove the ugly stuff, I dont want them trimmed down im perfectly fine with them being thick thats why half the time I leave no tip as if recently rather than the usual 5 to 10 dollar tip I usually leave because yall do the complete opposite of what I ask for; guess im going to look somewhere else for now on because the lady that use to do my eyebrows never gave no issues I've been coming here for a very long time and im completely unsatisfied with the service I've been receiving recently 👎🏻😡

First and last time coming here!! Lady who did my pedicure hurt my toe & cut me! I wanted a French tip and kept telling me different prices so unprofessional

Everytime I come to get a service done. Everyone is so welcoming. They take their time to make sure you are happy with your service. I highly recommend Nail Concepts. Ask for Jen and Kim. They are amazing. And the owner Mary is always making sure you are happy before you leave if not she'll make it right.

Update: STILL AMAZING!! GOSH SO BLESSED IN MY CITY!! This goes for not only the customer service and kind women that work at this salon. And I love how gentle they are with my nails and pay attention to detail THANK YOU! I've been to this nail salon a few times and this time I ended up bringing my sister to get her nails or her birthday and I wanted it to be special! The nail salon employees and nail techs made it just that and I was so appreciative and tonight at the end they gave us each Christmas gift and I did see they were giving it to every client that came in. That was so sweet! I have to say that I like the nail techs I've had. They see there's an error, they fix it on their own and you don't have to really mention it. I also like that there communicative by asking you if it looks okay as you're getting your nails as far as a shape and size and color. I ended up getting a pedicure because I felt so comfortable and welcomed. They take time to make sure that you feel pampered.

All around terrible service from the minute you walk in the door. Don’t even bother making an appointment because they won’t adhere to it. Please do not waste your time or your money at this place. Run elsewhere it will save you the headache and disappointment.

If I could give a zero that’s what I’d give. Was in town for a week and my sons dog passed away and I went and got my nails done with a dog paw on one finger. She went through two things of stickers looking for a dog paw. I didn’t want a sticker I wanted it painted on, luckily there was another girl there named Christy and she did a great job painting on the paw and fixing a couple of air bubbles the other lady had not fixed! She cut 7 of my fingers by my cuticles. Today my fingers are burning and throbbing and I’m praying they don’t get infected!!
I was charged $40 instead of full price! Lol
Yeah that was a huge joke!!
I will never recommend anyone go here!!!
Needless to say I left 0 for a tip. I’ve never not left a tip! I always leave $10 if they did a good job.

I have been a loyal customer of Nails Concepts for the past six years and have consistently received excellent service from Tracy and Kay. However, I have noticed that Tracy sometimes double-books appointments, which can lead to rushed services and less attention to detail.I hope in the future they give us enough time for each appointment so we can get the same results and not feel rushed.

Worst mani/pedi I have ever had and a waste of hard earned money and tip. I needed gel removed and they did not soak it off of my natural nails but scraped it off against my request as I have soft nails. Then they proceeded to paint my nails so thick to cover the remaining gel they couldn't scrape off that it was never going to dry and the paint just rippled. They also filed my nails with an acrylic file that splits natural nails. They also didn't file a chip out of my big toe and when I showed them just ignored me. Horrible! I had to go straight to Walgreens and buy nail polish remover pads to remove the mess they left. I bought acetone removal pads and it easily removed the remaining gel like I asked them to do in the first place but they would only scape it with a metal tool and didn't even try to wipe it off with cotton pad a remover. Then they proceeded to thickly paint over the remaining gel left on the nail. It was a mess!
