If i could give a lower review i would. I tried to warranty a part and was told that it not a napa part i went back to the other napa and they verified it was a napa part and ordered me the part. HOW does a napa employee and manager not know what a Napa part looks they said napa part should say napa drove 40 minutes back and forth. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE

This place is so unprofessional. They don't even say welcome or hi when you enter to the store .that is something to start at and then there was 5 employees right in front of me I was the only client in the store at the moment and none did come to ask me if I needed help.it took me 14 min waiting untill one lady came she ask me if I was help already I say no and she rolled her eyes and she started asking me what do I need. Honestly this store needs new management a manager with potential. To lead their employees

Had the car up on the lift 2.5 miles away from this shop, once the belt came off, I realized it was shot. I'm a NAPA member, I ordered online and they delivered to me, saving my bacon. Even used my AAA to get a discount, NAPA thank you!!
