Nike Factory Store offers a vibrant shopping experience, especially during busy events like Black Friday. The store features an impressive variety of sneakers at affordable prices, making it a popular destination for sneaker enthusiasts. Customers appreciate the membership benefits and special discounts available through the Nike app. While the store usually stocks a range of sizes, some larger sizes may be harder to find. The customer service is highly praised, with staff members like Kevin and Sherlyn receiving recognition for their professionalism and efficiency, even during peak times. Although shoppers should be cautious of pricing discrepancies between clearance items and regular aisles, the overall experience at Nike Factory Store is positive. With new stock arriving regularly and a bustling atmosphere, it’s a great place to find amazing sneakers.

Shopped here when their system went down leaving 3 registers available to check out. This resulted in an extremely long line. That being said...the staff was friendly at check out and an apologies were made for the delay. Overall great visit
