I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this store, resulting in a one-star rating. This was my first time purchasing a welding cylinder, and I wasn't familiar with the exact size differences. I trusted the staff to provide me with the correct item, but upon closer inspection at home, I realized they had given me a 20 cf cylinder instead of the 40 cf I had requested. Despite my research and confirmation from the manufacturer, the staff adamantly insisted that they had provided the correct item.Despite providing evidence of the mistake, the staff remained dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the glaring difference between a 20 cf and a 40 cf cylinder. Even after pointing out the clear labeling system indicating "1" for 20 cf and "2" for 40 cf, the staff remained stubborn and uncooperative.After about 1.5 hours of struggling, I finally managed to obtain a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the mistake left me thoroughly dissatisfied with both the product and the service provided. I would strongly advise against shopping at this store unless you're prepared to deal with incompetence and poor customer service.

I tried to buy 2 tires at the G.P. store and was told by a cashier that that item was not available there or at any of their other locations. why do you advertise if you do not have the items? This is the second time it has happen. The first was a power wash. Improve your supply or offer rain checks for your customers.

DON'T APOLOGIZE TO ME. USE YOUR TIME ON TRAINING PERSONAL ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANOTHER GUYS LIKE HOME DEPOT "HIDING ".. IF THEY DON'T LIKE WORK FIRETHEM.. STORE LOCATION AND ITEMS ARE SUPER PERFECT.

Charge $60 to look at a lawnmower UNDER WARRANTY and then another $74 for labor... IT'S UNDER WARRANTYIf your tool manufacturer tells you to take it to this place and it's under warranty DON'T because they'll charge you for the repairI like how that subtracted the $60 I paid upfront from the bill like it wasn't already paidScammer be scamming

Took a lawn mower to Northern Tool because the manufacturer told me to go their for THE WARRANTY WORKThe mower was UNDER WARRANTYNorthern Tools told me it was gonna cost $60 just for them to look at it and if they can't fix it I get my money backWeird but okayLater after they repaired the mower they wanted to charge me $74 for the laborSo Northern Tool is gonna charge me $134 for a mower that's UNDER WARRANTYThe manufacturer told me not to pick it up and they were going to call them to see why I'm being chargedLet's see if they do something to the mower that'll cause it to fail soon

This is a very clean store with attentive staff. They are always so very helpful. I like to shop their plants. The always seen to have a better variety than the standard box stores down the road.

Google maps says the business update the hours a week ago showing they are open at 7 am on Sunday. They do not open till 9 am. This is rather inconvenient I just drove 40 minutes to get here.

We were told by Champion to drop off our equipment for warranty to Northern Tool. I love northern tool. It took 2 hours to get it loaded and drive the long distance. We were approached by Anthony who says we can not drop it off, but if we come back in 5 days, we can. When handed to the manager, Nick, he told him let her know we cant do anything. So Nick says sorry too. We are an annual member with them and we pay for this. We buy our equipment with them and have for over 6 years. And because of this terrible experience, we will not. Bad training, bad management, and no empathy for the customer experience. All the key points to keeping a RETAIL in business.

drove allthe way over here and then my order was not complete even though they messagede and said it was ready. so theybare out, ok but then I had to rebuy the whole order and wait 45 min for it bc it's an online order. What's even more crazy is the lady behind the counter said if you don't care about $20 then you can buy it right now and not online. What a waste of time. I left with nothing. Will not go back.

Came by today (Sunday) and an employee walks out, locks the door, and says they are “closed” at 5:10pm. When I asked why the hours of operation posted say open until 7pm he stated “typically we are but today we are closing early”. Drove an hour out here to pick up an order that I need for tomorrow morning.
