“I was there to print out some important papers which I was having trouble operating the machine. The manager or assistant manager Andres came over to check on me and I told him it was my first time using the printers/copiers and he stayed there and coached me through the process and taught me how to use them so that I would know if I was to come back. Well I forgot to have something printed so I followed the training I received from and completed it myself without any assistance. I really appreciate him for taking the time to help me and when I have other business matters that reqire that type of service I will most definitely go to office depot.
