Workers there are so rude!! I went here last year and there was two boys working and they were super nice and very helpful and attentive to customers, but now there’s these two girls working there who were gossiping the whole time and when I came up to them to ask them a question they literally laughed in my face at each other, as if I had done something wrong?? And I saw them do it to another person too while I was browsing around!! It was such an unwelcoming environment. The workers are acting like they work in Brandy Melville when they are in just in a PACSUN. I dont think this store should hire girls who CLEARLY do not want to be there, they seem like they hate their job, genuinely!! Do better!! This pacsun became just as bad as the pacsun at Parks, and it makes me so sad because the only other place to buy Brandy Melville clothes is in Southlake!! Tragic

This place sucks! I’ve been an avid customer for years and today was the last draw! I drove from Waxahachie to here on Wednesday to do a return only to be told their system is down !Fast forward to Saturday to be told the same thing and the only thing they can tell me is I’ll have to come back . What a waste of my time ! If I could give a zero I would .

They say they open at 12pm on Sundays it's already 12:30 and it's not open yet and after an hour of waiting they put a paper on the door saying that they wouldn't open until 2pm people waiting outside for a long time for them to open ?

This store opens at 10am but I sat outside for over 20 mins and the door remained locked after checking multiple times. I called twice and they picked up the phone and then hung up on me both times. Not coming back to this location.
