I've been living in this area for two years and I visit this thrift store often. I love thrifting as its a hobby of mine. There are two sisters that are mainly here on any given day. They're each on opposite ends of the strip mall and their names are Jen and Kat. Jen is the absolute sweetest. She always greets me with a smile and is vey courteous. That Kat...another story!! I honestly believes she doesn't like black WOMEN! I have gone in her store and she's not as polite. Her tone can be sarcastic and condescending. I have chalked it up in the past to her maybe having a bad day, but no. This is how she is as I've shopped with her more than enough. Why do I say that I believe she doesn't like black women?? Because I have seen her cheese, chackle, and be very polite with our black men. My son even noticed the difference in how she responded to me vs. how she interacted with him. Needless to say I wont be back here. I will not spend my money with someone who Is biased against women that look like me. I'd rather for you just to tell me you don't like my kind than to be rude and yet take my money, but that's dumb on my part for returning so many time. As a woman of faith I believe in giving people chances, but the chances here have run out. Black women take your thrifting hobby/needs else where. Even being new to TX I know there is racism between to black and Hispanic communities, but I'm being broken in and becoming more aware of this ugly monster called racism.

Great deals at the shop where u can buy a pound of items for only $1 per pound. The lady who runs the shop is AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY and makes you feel warm and welcomed. Heading back again tomorrow. Bought some really cool and unique items you dont see every day anywhere else, all for a great bargain. My new favorite shop!

Been shopping here for years Jennifer is the best and love the prices and the staff is very nice best thrift store in Grand Prairie by far! And I shop at a lot and I mean a lot of thrift stores all over the metroplex from Garland to Arlington so don't even get me started.

Signs everywhere saying 1 for $3 and 10 for $10, yet no matter what I picked it was way higher than advertised. Kind of a ripoff, seems like the prices are based on who you are.

All of these stores have unique things, and staffs are so friendly and nice. So, there are 3 separate stores, the one with Paraiso Dollar thrift has the cheapest price. Enjoyed shopping there and looking at all the things in there.

This shop is so cute! You will find unexpected items you’ve been looking for. Has a mix of everything, from vintage to modern home decor. Very nice people too!
