Would not recommend for grooming.I’m sure if your pet is in perfect health and only needs a bath, they’d do average work. But if your dog has any special needs, they are not experienced enough to care for them.My 7 year old Pom has a collapsed trachea. This is a very common medical condition in most small breeds and requires no pressure be applied on the neck. I’ve used several other groomers over the years, including other large pet chains, and I’ve never met a groomer who was unable to groom my dog due to his condition. Most just take extra time with him and are cautious to carry him when needed and never put the slip leash over his neck. When I made my appointment, I made sure the groomer scheduling understood his condition and noted it in his profile. I also requested he be paired with a groomer who had experience dealing with this condition. When I took him in today for drop off, I informed the woman checking me in that my vet had consistently advised that I have my dog shaved in order to help keep him comfortable as the collapsed trachea makes it harder to regulate his temperature through panting. The woman scoffed and seemed surprised. When she was ready to take my dog back, she put the slip leash over his shoulder and under the armpit, which is the appropriate method. However, she then proceeded to try and DRAG MY DOG across the floor even as I repeatedly asked her to please carry him. It wasn’t until I went to pick him up myself that she finally made a throw away comment about “needing to make sure his legs worked” and then picked him up. The dog had been on a leash walking around the front area up until that point. Against my better judgement, I let them proceed with the groom and did not leave then and there. I was told the groom would take 4 hours. And hour and a half later, I received a call from a different woman. She let me know she had just started grooming my dog and because he was “panting too hard,” they would not proceed with the groom. Confused, i reminded her that my dog has a collapsed trachea and would breath/pant a lot harder than other dogs. She responded that it “wasn’t good for him to be stressed out so I would need to pick him up.”When I arrived for pick up, the woman who had done my check in refused to look up from her computer. Finally, a groomer I had not met came out. She looked incredibly young and I cannot imagine she has had much experience grooming dogs with any sort of special needs or requirements. She explained that my dogs had started panting during the brushing process and she would advise I take him to a vet for further grooming as they refused to do it. This is why I know she had no experience. Vets strongly advise against sedation or the use of benzodiazepines for dogs with collapsed tracheas as it is incredibly dangerous especially if done frequently. The implication she made is that I have my medically fragile dog sedated to be groomed, which could literally kill him. This is one of the stupidest things an animal professional has ever suggested to me.The only silver lining is that at least they didn’t try to charge me.Find another groomer. These people don’t have enough experience to know what they’re talking about.

Happened yesterday. First off the cashier barely said hi. She didn't ask if I had points wanted to use. I asked her if she can check, and she sighed with an attitude. I asked for cash back. Keep in mind she didnt give me a receipt because my transaction was incomplete. In the middle of the transaction, she said I dont have change and then turned to her co-worker at register 1. She said i dont have change do you? Her co-worker said im with a customer. The cashier I was working with says she will be right with you. She then proceeds to close her register. Her co-worker at register one said you can't move on until you give her the change. The cashier then looks frustrated. They then change places. The cashier at one begins yelling for me to give her a receipt to show proof of purchase. I look at them puzzled because I didn't get one because i didn't get my change. I say i didn't get one she then keeps repeating herself demanding the receipt. Finally, they shuffle through their reciepts to find mine. I will not be coming back here. from cashier because she didn't provide one. At the end of it she did have the change. It could've been avoided. She could've gave me 4 $10 bills which was just fine. That's what her co-worker did. Eva was amazing sad I hadn't seen her. These two just ruined it!!!

Please do not bring your fur babies to this location. The groomers are aggressive with the babies. They were aggressive with handling my babies and other babies. We were peaking through the side windows and noticed how they were handling them. They have feelings and know when someone is angry or unhappy. One of my babies is so stressed that she has very loose bowels. When we dropped in to check on our babies, the groomer was so aggressive with my baby, and he did not like it. She almost caused him to fall off the grooming table with the strap around his neck.Even speaking with the groomer, I could tell she was having a difficult day. Apparently, she does not like her job. I will NEVER bring my babies there again. I will return to the pet boutique, which I apparently under appreciated. I spent more at PetSmart than I normally spend there, NEVER AGAIN! They actually pamper your babies, treating them with love and develop a bond with you and your babies.Shame on the groomers for handling our fur babies in such a manner. They know they cannot speak for themselves. Their service used to be good. This is a reflection on PetSmart itself and the type of people they hire to care for our furry loved ones.Unfortunately, my baby is having discomfort. In addition, I have an emergency vet appointment this morning for my baby. On top of the overpriced grooming bill, I just paid for.NEVER AGAIN will I subject my babies to this place. This is a reflection on PetSmart itself and the type of people they hire to care for our furry loved ones.Just sad!

Do not take your dog to get groomed if it's been a while and it's matted. The groomer didn't wash him and stopped grooming because of his appearance. Plus, he wasn't very friendly. I had a bad feeling about dropping him off there and I was right.

I love the grooming service here, my dogs always come out of that salon feeling and looking fresh!!! The employees are super sweet and helpful, I can tell they take great care of our dogs during their appointments. (The first 2 pictures are them after their haircut and the last 2 are of them before their haircut).

Tried to return a big bag of unopened dog food which was purchased online through Pet Smart’s app just a few days prior and purchase a smaller bag (less heavy). It was my fault for purchasing a large bag that was too heavy. Not disputing that however, the store Manager’s poor listening and customer service skills during this transaction made our experience very difficult and unpleasant.

Employees are great when you can find them. Store needs a deep cleaning in general and specific cleaning in the fish area.

We have been taking our dogs to get groomed by Amber for years now. She does a great job with both of our high-anxiety pups. You can also tell that the other employees there really care about animals. Hailey (not sure on spelling) helped me rescue a small kitten I found in the parking lot and gave the baby a safe space while we waited for it to be adopted. The team had the kitten in a safe and loving home by the time I picked up my dog from his grooming appointment.

The people in the grooming salon didnt want to take my husky because they said that I had to pay for the furminator shampoo which is 35 dollars more. I have been taking my dog there for almost two years and they never refused to take my dog. I always pay regular bath and brush which is 53+tax and they never rejected my dog before. My profile has my dog breed and they never said that Huskies have to pay extra to get a bath. I understand that huskies have more fur than other dogs but I dont think they should have refused service just because I didnt want to pay almost 90 dollars for a bath. The manager said is either that or no service. Not taking my dog there ever again

The worst location everrr !!!The groomers so aggressive and rude same as the store manager even if I was expecting that she would step in and solve the situation and apologized for what her team did but unfortunately she’s the rudest person I have ever seen!! I think she need more training in how to deal with the customers or hope PetSmart find someone else to fit better in that position
