I will be switching my mom from these people they are very unprofessional and inexperienced. Not only that the owner him self is rude and does not care about the patient health condition I've complained to these people several times about my mom's condition I tried letting the owner know that the workers he sends out are not doing their job the nurse only comes out once a week and when he dose he only checks for vital signs and blood pressure I my self kept telling them that something was wrong and that my mom's breathing was off they did not care at all even the physical therapist wasn't doing their job they have only been out once to evaluate my mom and that's it my mom has been home for three weeks now and not once have they started her physical therapy nor dose the nurse check for any type of discomfort in the lungs.. I literally got into an altercation with the owner over this he was very rude and disrespectful.. Now my mom has been rushed back to the hospital due to their being in infection in her lungs and urine this is very unexceptible and will not be tolerated my mother will no longer be receiving services through these people..

I worked for them years ago. They called me months ago to take on a client. I did as a part time job and low and behold they cheated me out of some hours didn’t pay lied and said they will call me next day to pay me but didn’t they rude and don’t wanna pay you for what hours you work. I will never work for them again and advise others not to. I wanted to give them no stars

They do not call back when the automated systems says they will with 1 business day. It's been 3days and I'm losing pay because of it.

I've been with safeway since November 2020. That's when I applied. I've never had any problems with them until the Dec 1st plan change! I was told 2 not resume clocking in until I heard from Rosa. I waited. I called, she hadn't received the authorization. I left messages with shemika and sent emails, I never heard back. I called the new plan. They told AmeriGroup that they had some1 call about the clocking in issue. That was untrue. No 1 contacted me from safeway until I discovered how they shorted me on my last check. I asked 2 b changed 2 another agency. When that authorization came thru, then Rosa reached out! Y? I initiated this transaction. I didn't need 2 hear from her at this point. Again, I don't know y they've done this. I previously had no problems with this company!

These people are taking the governments money and not paying their employees. They also hold their employees paychecks in order for you to do what they want. They are taking advantage of CMS money for their own purpose. CMS will be contracted against them I would recommend using another company their customer service is poor and some of the people their talk down to you. RUN from them...

Safeway Healthcare Services are one of the most efficient Services any Elderly person can receive. They are very caring and go above and beyond to make sure that elder gets the Services they need. Mr. Clifford works in unity with Paloma they are two great people who are devoted to their Careers and Patients. I commend them for such hard work, devotion and dedication to giving the Best Service. I also want to say thank you to the ladies who work at the office as well for their kindness and Customer Service. Thank you Safeway Healthcare Services.
