First time using the grocery delivery option and it notifies me that my groceries have been delivered. I was confused because I clicked the option to have them deliver it in person and not just drop it off and leave without confirming. I walk out to my doorstep and there are no groceries to be found. I even walked to my other neighbors doors several feet down to see if it was miss-delivered. No groceries. I am currently on hold with Customer Service to try and get it resolved and have been on hold for 20 minutes now. Every few minutes it tells me I'm "next in line" and my "estimated wait time" gets LONGER the more I wait!!! Worst experience ever. I just want a refund now since I paid $130 dollars including the tip!

We were just looking at the clothes size and This woman was very rude to us as if we were gonna steal that. And she was there the whole time looking at us with the side eye as if we were the thief.That's not professional. I hope she will look happy next time and treat people as a customer not thief??

We have been going to Sam's Club pharmacy for over a decade. Today we got our flu shots and Kristie, the pharmacist, is fantastic. They have an excellent crew working there.

Needed more staff working PickUp area due to lots of cars, too few parking spaces and long wait timesKudos to the employee working hard to get the orders loaded but he needed help

If you can, please try to enforce the pickup parking spots. People who have no pickup orders park there to go shopping, leaving the customers who are actually there for a curbside order to be stuck. And the delivery drivers have no where to park and have no choice but to cancel the orders

Extremely disappointed with the Bakery. I have ordered cakes from several Sam’s Clubs in the past and I have never had issues with the quality until this past Friday 01/05/24. The image was bumpy and the icing around it was uneven all around.

Disappointed in curbside, employees are very nice and helpful but I always see only one or two working and people just park and go in the store to shop please Sam's hire more people and have someone tell these people to stop parking in pick up if they don’t have a pick up orders it’s annoying for us who actually have pick up orders and can’t even park.

No issues in the store or with the staff themselves, always so friendlyHowever every time I’ve done curbside all the spots are taken by people who shop inside. When I got a spot I noticed that out of the 13 pick up spots available only 4 were being used for actual curbside pickup.

Had a bad experience with the pick up order. The signs for pick up and pharmacy pickup do not let you know which pick up area you're at. Was waiting for 30 minutes for my order just to find out I'm in the wrong area. The workers where great though.

All electric carts are down!! Only 1 cart is working for the entire store. So you have to wait until someone is done shopping for you to shop. It's been about 25 minutes for me to get a cart. Had to send my daughter outside to help someone empty their electric cart so I could get it!!
