The best part of these apartments is Sue. The office looks real nice, but they put ZERO effort into the actual apartment unit. I just moved out. I gave them exactly 12/months. Re-newing is stupid. Black water pouring out the faucets, ant beds forming in the corner of the bedroom wall, all the kitchen cabinets won't open, lack of insulation causing a high light bill. That's just part of it. Don't waste your money on poor maintenance and patch ups. No place is perfect, but this one could be better.

I was at this property for 2 years and the staff was very warm, outgoing, and super nice! One of the cleanest and most peaceful properties I’ve lived in and anything you needed maintenance was always on time and the communication between myself and the staff made my time here all the more comfortable and at ease!!!!

I had the pleasure of touring Sheffield Square Apartments with Trace, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Trace was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide detailed information about the apartments and the community. She was also very friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. It’s clear she cares about her job and genuinely wants to help people find the perfect place to call home. Trace Axt is a Blessing!
I can’t say enough about how amazing Trace Axt is. From the moment I met her at Sheffield Square, I felt like I was in good hands. She didn’t just treat me like a potential resident—she treated me like family. Trace took the time to listen, understand exactly what I needed, and worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect apartment.
What really stood out was how genuine and kind she is. Moving can be stressful, but Trace made it feel easy and even exciting. She’s patient, thoughtful, and truly passionate about helping people feel at home.
If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond—not just because it’s her job, but because she truly cares—Trace is the one. Sheffield Square is lucky to have her, and I feel lucky to have crossed paths with her.

VERY BAD The Refrigerator was full of dead animals, we reported it but they never listened to us, I had to wash it and even then I didn't get to the places where those bugs were, I was very afraid that my girls would get sick and I felt very disgusted having to put my food in that refrigerator ?

I love this place! The staff up front (Sue and Lana) are always so warm and welcoming. The manager, Jill and assistant manager, Amanda are rockstars! Any time I've needed anything or had any questions everyone has always been so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Sue & Lana were so helpful with my son's new apartment. We got him an apartment with granite countertops and the black appliances. This apartment is so cute and is close to his job. There are fewer worries for this mom. Thanks, ladies.

Apartments are trash the dog park stay full of dog poop. None of the outdoor patios are clean they are falling apart. There’s no propane to use the grills. I’m not sure what the sundeck is but never seen it. Only think I can say that’s good here is the maintenance. There’s been a water leak twice in a two months. A the leasing consultants don’t answer the phone, you can call while standing there looking at them and they will pick the phone up and hang up.

I am a current and remaining future resident of Sheffield square. The leasing office environment is a second home, they listen to our problems and help ease the stress upon ourselves when it comes to rent and are understanding that life happens and curves are gonna come our way. As said before I am a current resident and will remain only here till it’s time to get a house.
