Terrible experience with the manager named Diana. He speaks Spanish but shows a racist attitude towards customers who don't speak much English.

On April 15th I went to look for extra white semigloss 400 water base paint, a young girl named Diana was very rude and disrespectful, I was clear what I was looking for, she acted like I was dumb and didn't know what I was looking for, she was very rude, I have gone many times to Sherwin Williams and never had a bad experience, I hope the owner can read this and take care of the bad customer service

Female manager was not helpful at all and showed zero interest. She was in her office and finally emerged after several minutes of me waiting at the counter. Based on reviews I see that others have had similar experiences. Disappointing.
