I called for service while in town, and chose based on not only reviews but the response to reviews. Also, a local, independent, veteran-owned business gets extra attention from me. I was so pleasantly surprised that diagnostics were completed within a few hours, with a phone call to me to discuss and approve repairs right away. I gave the ok, picked up my car a few hours later, and was on my way. I had the pleasure of chatting with Moe while I was picking up, and he immediately helped me feel like a welcome part of his community and shop. I also overheard him give sound advice to someone who called for advice—which in return did not bring that person to him for business—and the customer was very happy to have a fast answer because he was stranded on the highway. Anyway, just great, knowledgeable people all-around. Highly recommend!

10/10 experience for auto repair in DFW. Not your typical shop. Mo and Ashley are professional and run an awesome facility - the waiting area is very clean and full of 6 different free snacks and coffee and donuts while you wait. Had my alignment done for good price and they rotated my tires as well - free of charge. They also test drove it to make sure it was 100%. Will definitely come back.

First one I went to Walmart I’m on 61 in Grand Prairie. They refused my service so I went to Carfax and found them on here and decided to give them a try the lady at the front desk found out she was the owner was very nice and kind and polite And the service was great and very clean shop even off of me a drink of water or coffee, which is nice and the service is fast. I would recommend people to go here and give them a chance.

I've been going to Shift Forward for the past two years! They never let me down! My brother Maurice, my sis-n-law Ashley, and Tony always make sure I have all the information I need before coming in to make things easy for me. I'm always informed during the process of what is going on with my vehicle. Ever since requiring from the military, Maurice has been looking out for me since day one!!! I'll never take my vehicle to anyone else!!!!!!! If you want the most professional work and people who pay close attention to detail and immaculate customer service...... GO TO SHIFT FORWARD AUTO!!!!!!!!!!

Having car issues is so stressful but from the moment I called this place and spoke with Ashley, I knew my car would be in good hands. I got there to get my car diagnostic at the time it say But they got there 30 minutes after so make sure you call before you go. they gave me a quote for a used transmission $3600. The car is a 2004 I just called someone else they gave me a quote for $1600 so make sure y’all check around because they is over price.Go to High Tech on 111 N Collins St, Arlington, TX 76011 GREAT PPL Free Diagnostic TOO.. Shift they do have good customer service just not friendly prices
