Just experienced the WORST customer service at this location from Kamri. My husband and I stopped by on the way home after closing up our own business for the day. Employees that were throughout the store were very helpful and friendly. Even suggesting different product that they thought we would love. Great experience UNTIL we walked up to the checkout and encountered Kamri. She didn't say "Hello" or "Hi", she said in an irritated manner "Are you paying with cash, debit or credit?" My husband politely responded with debit. I then asked her if she needed to scan the key club number. She didn't respond to my question and just started scanning the bottles that we were putting on the counter. I then placed my phone on the counter and asked if she scans it at the end. She didn't verbally respond but she gave me a dirtiest look and shook her head yes. I said "okay". After scanning all of our items she shouted out our total and just stood there waiting for payment. I again asked if she was going to scan the card. She rolled her eyes and picked up the scanner and scanned the card. She then gave a new total. I was so offended by her treatment that I walked over to another employee and asked for her name. During that time my husband paid with his debit card but it didn't go through as he used the tap function. Kamri rolled her eyes at my husband and rudely said "when you use a debit card you have to insert the card". Sorry Kamri, that information is not posted anywhere for people that don't work there to know. As we walked out the door the employee that gave me her name walked out as well and told us to have a great evening. I said thank you but told him that she was so rude and horrible to us. He said "oh yes we know! You are not the only ones to complain about her." Owning my own business I know the importance of great customer service and wouldn't ever tolerate my employee treating a customer in that manner. This is an unacceptable behavior for any customer to be treated at any place of business. Please take action to correct her behavior or make sure she doesn't have face to face contact with customers-she would be better off stocking shelves and a better experience for you customers as well.

Every time I've been in here there is a line of 10+ people and 2 cashiers working. However, that's not why I'm giving it 2 stars. Once you get to the counter the cashiers are rude. They act annoyed that you're there and barely speak a word to you. Today when I went to put in my phone number the cashier had already passed that prompt and then rolled his eye and shook his head when he had to put it in manually. He then rudely threw the receipt in my bag. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks.

What can I say? It's liquor. They can sell it out of a modified hotdog ? cart, and I would still shop there!! Online services are very good!!

Smaller store but decent selection. Wish they the had more import beer options, but overall it's nice to have somewhat close to the house.

Holiday weekend and the store didn't have all the registers open for service. Patrons were waiting in long lines to check out. Hence the 4 stars. Maybe, the store doesn't have enough employees.

Hi there! I love shopping at your Specs Grand Prairie and to make it nicer, it would be great if you all could start carrying Beatbox & their newest flavor Hard Tea! It's delicious and perfect for the summer and it would be great to be able to grab them on my next visit to you store!

Service here has gone downhill. Maybe it's the current shift. Asked lady for help with wine and she continued to text on her phone for about a minute before acknowledging me. Guy at counter on checkout had a large empty box in my way on the counter and didn't even move it. I had to push it aside with my basket. No greeting from anyone at any point. Lame customer service. Last visit here. I'd rather pay more and have people at least pretend to be friendly.

They do not give Veteran's discount on Jack Daniel's. They did not have the liquor I buy on the shelf. Had it in the backroom but not on the shelf. So I had to buy a higher liquor and they wouldn't go ahead and give me the discount. Other Spec's give the Veteran's disount

Finally, a good decent spirits store in the area around my house. I discovered this store late, but it's my go-to spot now. Everytime I come, the staff is ALWAYS helpful-but my last visit was highlighted my my guy Jaun whom I had great discussion with on various whiskeys. Everyone is informed and helpful. I gotta check out the cigar area next time.

I’ve lived near this location since I moved from CA. Normally a great and fast experience here. But I went in with my boyfriend today and they refused to sell him anything because my ID was expired… I didn’t touch not one thing in the whole store, and I’m 31 years old.. but they refused to sell him the spirit. Even though he had his ID. It wasn’t something I’ve ever dealt with before because I didn’t touch anything and he held it and was paying for it. It is 100% inconvenient and not a rule I’ve ever been told. Not very good customer service. Total Wine can have our investments from here on.
