I’m giving this a 1 star because I couldn’t give a ZERO, I scheduled an Wednesday afternoon appointment weeks ago with Latrenda to do my son’s hair for his wedding on Friday, she sends me a text at 7am the day of the appointment to tell me she moved my son’s appointment to the following day because she didn’t realize it was her bible study night, I replied back to her text telling her that He couldn’t do Thursday because it was the day before his wedding and it was going to be a very busy and hectic day with rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. I asked her if she could get him in earlier today but she never responded, I called the Salon and the number she texted me from still no answer or response.
This situation but me and my son in a very bad situation because now I have to scramble around to find another stylist for my sons BIG DAY!..
This caused alot of frustration for us to say the least!!
The situation she put us in at the last minute was very unprofessional and a very bad experience for us
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

I made an appointment here yesterday and was lucky to be able to at the last minute. Missed my appointment this morning and she still serviced me the same day! Not only am I VERY pleased with her work, she is kind, personable, skilled in her craft and accommodating to her clients. As if it couldn't get any better, I was also able to get my haircut by Munk. I am extremely happy I found this salon and will definitely be coming back again, again, and again! Thank you SO MUCH!!

Great atmosphere.. my loctician is Latrenda she is absolutely wonderful at what she do very geniune vibe she actually treats my hair, she gives me feed back on how to make my locs stronger and healthier.. and it's just a plus that her prices are reasonable and she is very fast!! I have a lot of locs and wash + retwist + style average 1.5hr.. if you are looking for a loctician or any other hairstyles Studio 21 is a one-stop shop all stylest seem to do a great job

My stylist was 45 minutes late. That should have been a sign for me to leave. They all schedule clients on like 100 different apps and then never answer the phone. The most unprofessional haircut experience I have ever had. She hacked up my hair so badly. I asked for layers and my head looks like I got stuck in a lawn mower. Either I cut it all off or let it grow in hideous lengths for a couple years. Never again.Service: Haircut

Well where should I start this was 1st appointment it was moved without asking me i thought to myself ok time was ok. But I went with it because they said that this lady was good. So I wanted to start Locs she twisted my hair. The front was different from the back . She said my hair was 2 different Textures . My hair was horrible and she charged me 100. I went toHair stylist .she could not tell me what this lady did. She redid my hair and it was done right. Please dont waste your money at this place
