I hadn't been to SuperCuts since middle school in the 90s, and today I was reminded why I haven't gone back.
The haircut itself turned out ok-ish, it's doable but the price of $69.99 was completely unacceptable for what was done.
I'm on the autism spectrum and my stylist kept putting hair in my eyes, which triggers intense anxiety. I was very visibly uncomfortable and on the verge of an autistic meltdown, but the stylist kept ignoring my verbal and physical cues.
I will stick with JC Penney Salon from now on, because at least the price is only a few dollars more, but I'm made comfortable and I get precisely what I ask for, and this has been every time I've gone to JC Penney since the 90s until recently.
This was also my 15th wedding anniversary with my spouse, on top of it.
Have a nice day, and it's too bad y'all have only 20-minute time limits per client, which is good for men, but not for someone like me with very thick and very fine hair which takes experience, patience, to do.

Ariel is amazing at what she does and very welcoming . My daughter was very nervous at first but Ariel made that go away and my daughter loves her hair and says she wants Ariel to always be the one to cut her hair there! Thank you Ariel for your great service !
She also cut my son’s hair and made him feel comfortable and welcomed! He definitely wants her to be cutting his hair as well !

I usually love getting my haircut here very affordable and kind staff but i’m not sure if they get new staff and the older staff leaves but I had a bad experience with Jade that works here. Don’t get me wrong. She was very nice and polite I had just never seen her before but I trusted her since I’ve always had good experiences. Unfortunately I just felt like she didn’t understand what I wanted, which I thought was a very simple haircut. I did not leave very satisfied with the way my hair looked and I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon. Maybe I will try a different location.
