This location is much better than the one on the interstate 20 which is awful the management here is so much better they should fire everybody on that I-20 store

Let's start with the ridiculous wait time almost 2 hours for 5 to 10 minutes of service that Jian could have done,, if he wasn't so busy trying to look busy, corporate review your camaras he does nothing, at one point the phone rang, he picked up and hung up. Jian and Jordan have 0 sence of urgency, the poor guy before me had been there longer gave up and he wanted to reschedule. Kacey helped me was very apologetic for the wait time and was super friendly.

Everytime I come in this store I have an issue with my account. I have resulted to recording all of interactions with T-Mobile and their representatives who say one thing then you get your bill and it’s completely different. The store in the highlands is at least competent.

Horrible service , I wish there was 0 star there are 7 employees working. I got signed in 55 min ago however they are taking care of people that came in after me. More than half of the employees are standing around only two are taking care of the customer. They are pretty bias. When I asked why are the people coming in after me are being taken care of , the manager’s excuse was I can’t sell phone that’s why I am taking care of people that came in ahead of you clearly those people were buying too. Management is horrible at this store.

Horrible company they rip you off too much charges $200 for a family plan and the internet is too slow when you re in the 5g supposedly I don’t rate not even a star in going back to metro it’s much better or cricket

OH MY GOD!! What can I say! This wonderful team member Daniel helped me out with everything! He heard me and listened, was very patient with me. He is honestly an angel that I needed today! Daniel thank you so very much, words can not express more how you where there for me! I am beyond grateful for you! ☺️

If I can I’ll give them zero star, they messed up my bill at first, I came to this business several times in half year try to fix that, but they didn’t do anything. I think I’ll use AT&T’s phone plan.

Kasey Balbosa is our hero and mobile EXPERT!!! Thank you Kasey for your help today with my mother's upgraded phone. We are both technologically challenged and came in very stressed about losing everything from the previous phone. Within minutes you had everything loaded to the new phone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I visited the store to get helped on a locked phone. Kacey greeted me and helped me with my situation. He didn’t send me away with instructions, he called the warranty service center and waited patiently until they resolved my issue. He was awesome!!! Thank you for hiring such kind and patient staff members.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Right away, employees were blasting music so loudly you had to yell to talk to a person 5 feet away. My data transfer ended up taking a bit longer than expected, and the young man “helping” me kept complaining about how long it was taking. He was apparently supposed to go home soon, but when I suggested he leave and let someone else help me, he refused and claimed it was fine. He continuously made comments about wanting to leave, that he was tired of waiting, and that I had too much data on my phone. When he installed my screen protector, he put it on upside down and was in a hurry. I was also lied to, was told our bill would only go up $25 a month for my phone— turns out it’s $45. Definitely will be finding a different location to go the next time I need an upgrade.

I would give 0 stars. One of their associates named Vanessa authorized for someone to put an iPad, new number and a jump program on my account without my authorization. They signed my name which is not my signature and then have some else sign something for purchases made within the store. I was not even at the store. This store commits fraud and now I have to file police reports, flag my account and talk to t mobile fraud specialist. She should be FIRED!!!!!!!!
