Today at approximately 10am I went to Target to purchase a TV. A few days ago my wife went to the same store and spoke with a female working in electronics and my wife was told that some of the display tv's would be on sale and with an additional 70 percent off, but we would have to come back on Monday (today by 10am). Today I spoke with a young man who was working in the area but was not sure of the sale. He called the Lead who work in the department via cell phone. I personally heard her tell the gentleman that the TVs that are on clearance were on sale and if the TVs were on display, they were an additional 70 percent off. The gentleman could not get the price to ring up right, so he escorted me to the front counter and explained to the customer service rep that he needed the TV marked down and he was really sure how to mark the TV down. At some point the store manager Josh Lara walked over to the area and they asked him for his assistance. At some point Josh told me that he would not sale me the TV for the additional 70 percent off. The initial gentleman tried to explain to the manager that the lead over the department instructed him that the TV was an additional 70% off because it was a display tv.
I interjected and explained to the manager Josh Lara that as a customer I was told by 2 of his employees that the TV was 70% off and my wife was told by one employee that the tv was 70% off. I told him that I didn't think that it was morally right that he had an employee right next to him who admitted that they told me the tv was on sale and he was not going to honor their word. The manager Josh Lara began to demonstrate a very cocky and condescending attitude. Josh Lara treated me like I was a crook who was inside of HIS personal store and was trying to TAKE from him personally vs an honest customer who was informed by two supervisor/team leads in the department.
Josh Lara showed no compassion nor empathy!!! I cannot imagine The CEO Brian Cornell would condone this type of treatment related to the customer service. Josh Lara displayed actions such as those I would expect from a Walmart team lead in the underserved communities!!!

Store is huge and well stocked and organized. BUT...... it is ridiculous the amount of lanes they have that are not opened. You enter on the opposite side if groceries you will have to past at least 10-12 unattended checkout lanes to get to the opposite side to check out. Then MAYBE 2 with checkers and rest are self checkout. With a fill grocery store there should definitely be more checkout lanes. It is annoying.

I love Target but a very irresponsible Shipt delivery person dropped off our Target packages OUTSIDE the neighborhood gate, 3 times!!! And the packages were stolen....Other carriers would call for gate opening or deliver another day, but this person just dropped the packages outside the community gate, took a picture and called it "delivered".....the attached picture was provided by Target as proof of delivery...

Ok let's get real it's called Targe' ( tar - zay) they make walmart look like a nice DUMP. Products are displayed uniformly also if you need to know the price they have price tell machines all over. Great look all the way around. Except the produce they get a F for effort. Fruit high priced and didn't look good. Oh well. Check them out. Be good.

They are typically stocked well. The employees are typically helpful and courteous. It is easy to find things because it is organized, and they typically keep things stocked in the same place for long periods of time. The process is decent, and produce is typically great. It is always clean.Lately, I have seen bags of these protein chips open and missing a bag or two of the four ? ? so I ended up buying less than I came to buy.
