I had my first terrible experience with Texas Trust today and I will be closing both of my accounts. Lack of customer service and support available for my financial needs. I also felt we were discriminated against because my husband had on gym clothes we were not treated correctly.

I appreciate this CU. They greet me, it’s fairly quiet at this location. Respectful and communicative. I applied for a loan with ease without having to be at the CU which is convienen. No issues with my auto loan through them either.

Had a vehicle leased through D&M and managed by TTCU. It is the worst customer service and customer experience I have ever encountered from a financial institution. Avoid them if at all possible. I terminated my lease with D&M solely because of TTCU. They flat out lie to you.

This credit union doesn’t look at the best interest of the person. Please use any other bank. They are only in the best interest of company. They give you conflicting information. Use a credible bank not this one.

Three years ago they had the best staff and a great manager. Now the manager is not customer oriented at all. It really stinks they suspect fraud and close your card and you have to start all over with a new number contacting your payees. If your card gets a tad bit worn, Oops there you go another new card and number. They need to get with it.

Have to give it two stars, I am not sure what the issue is on why the drive-through is so incredibly slow. And that is whether you are depositing money, or withdrawing money. What is the issue? Do you have a slow computer system? Update it if that’s the case. Workers who don’t know how to use the system? Get more training. There is no way that I should be waiting for over 15 minutes to complete my transaction, and that’s after waiting more than double that time for other customers to be serviced.

Went up to open a business checking account, was no problem, all of a sudden she said some of the papers were wrong, we looked up what was saying, and she was wrong, email a letter from the state of Texas to her, no response, its been over a week with no response, left several messages and emails, still no response, I would just like to know what issue is

I was greeted with seems to be an attitude as to what did I need today ? I was needing to put some cash into my large bills small bills in some coins but the gentleman at the teller refused to except my coins mind you all of the coins were wrapped the same coins I had previously gotten from them but had received maybe about $200 too many in coins I simply cannot except the answer he gave me is they do not except that many coins I hate to think that it is personal because I don’t know the guy

We’ve been customers for a long time but this location in particular has a snail drive through. Even if I’m the only car there I still wait over 30 mins for a simple transaction like a loan payment or deposit. When there’s more then one car be prepared to wait 45mins to an hr.

This is my bank and my branch. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. They go an extra mile to assist me in a very professional way. They have an excellent customer service and very hospitable. I receive personalized attention each time I walk in.
