I strongly advise avoiding this UPS Store at all costs. I trusted them with expensive professional equipment, paid for their packing and shipping services, and the items arrived severely damaged due to completely inadequate packing. What makes this situation far worse is the store’s total unwillingness to take responsibility or even respond. I have reached out multiple times over several weeks, provided documentation, photos, receipts and they have chosen to ignore nearly every attempt to resolve the issue. 26 days have passed and the owner of the location is not responding to the matter any further.
This location has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Their silence and refusal to engage left me with no choice but to file a small claims case to recover the losses caused by their negligence. Customers deserve better than this kind of treatment, especially from a business that markets itself as a trusted shipping provider. If your shipment matters, I would strongly recommend using a different carrier or a different store entirely.
Update after owner response: The owner’s response is inaccurate and misleading. I did not refuse appropriate protective packing; I relied on the store’s staff to recommend and perform the correct packing for professional equipment, which is the service I paid for. I would have NEVER verbally told an employee to not use $5 bubble wrap on a high cost medical device. The packing that was provided was clearly inadequate for the items shipped, as evidenced by the damage upon arrival. Additionally, the shipping carrier and destination do not change the store’s responsibility for proper packing when packing services are sold and performed by the store. I raised these issues promptly, provided documentation, and repeatedly attempted to resolve the matter directly, but the store declined to engage. This response appears to shift blame rather than address the core issue: the packing service provided was insufficient and resulted in damage, and the store has refused to take responsibility. Consumer beware: there is blatant bad business and a hiding owner in this establishment!

The staff here are very nice and professional. Today, I wanted to return a large and heavy package, and I wanted to inquire about the cost of returning it. The staff learned that my package was very heavy. Despite the rain, He helped me bring the package into the store and gave me good advice. After the process was completed, He even helped me deliver the package to my car. I am very grateful to this staff member.

I love this UPD, especially because of David/DJ!! He was so helpful!! I loved his customer service care. He genuinely heard me out and listened to what I needed! Will BE driving from Dallas just to come to this location!
