UPS should be ashamed of themselves for their phone service. The robot doesn’t understand plain English and hangs up on you because of its lack of comprehension. This review has nothing to do with this particular location & is collateral damage for my phone experience when attempting to confirm validity of a check received from UPS.

I had hell sending off my car title with this place so much so I had to go back the next day for the same thing. And here I am again sending off a different car title, hopefully all goes well. They are willing to help, I guess certain things are just a pain to mail off.

This office is always helpful but today The worker ralondo was very very helpful by helping me change my return code to there office instead of me going to Whole Foods!

Been there a few times and the girl at the front doesn’t know how to measure she charged me for a box big enough to fit a person in it and when it arrived it had no packing peanuts or anything just a brown sheet of paper for something fragile

I went to return an Amazon package and had to pay to print the label. Well I received that package back today. The girl never taped the label I printed to the package; so I received it back. I'm glad it had my address on it bc it would of been lost.

I paid for a first class package to be mailed but it was returned to me. When I asked why, they told me that they didn’t know and told me I was not eligible for a refund.

Pretty sure they have either stolen or lost my Amazon return or haven't mailed it out yet. I went in to return a Christmas gift on December 13th. It has been over a week and when I type in the reference number I was given it says "Shipment ready for UPS." That indicates to me that my return has yet to be sent out even though the receipt I was given said it would be picked up that day. I called the store and the employee I spoke to wouldn't even listen to me. Just told me I had to contact Amazon. Um... I mailed my return from your location and Amazon hasn't received it yet, so that would be on you, not them. I know it's the holiday season and delivery services run slower, but surely if my package was actually mailed out the reference number would show some kind of update. I'll give them another week and then I will go up to the store and speak to someone in person.

I wouldn’t even give this a one star. Had a backpack with a flight helmet inside and wanted it shipped to California. Told the manager I wanted it boxed, told her I would box it and she said she would take care of it. I had to pick it up a few days later in California and it was shipped unboxed, just the unsecured backpack. Called This place to complain and haven’t heard back from the female manager who said she would package it or the owner! Go FedEx if you want it done correctly!!

My husband was attempting to drop off some Amazon returns and the associate on staff at 9:15am named Jordan was not friendly or helpful and down right rude. We’ve never had an issue with them scanning the return emails and he wouldn’t even attempt to scan the code for the return because the email had a dark background. He told my husband to log into Amazon and go through each return, it took a long time and a line of people started forming behind him as Jordan was the only staff there. If the fix was turning your phone background from dark to light why didn’t he help by saying so. This is just someone who probably should not be in Customer Service. Hopefully he has a better day.

Haven't lost a package since I've been coming here, picking or returning. Although yes, the customer service has been a bit rude and off-putting by specially one employee whose name I don't remember but seems like it could be the same associate I've read on tons of reviews. Well the last time I went to pick up a package last month she wasn't there and my customer service experience was good, although paid about $10 to fax some work related docs since the public library scanner was down so I found that to be very pricey indeed and yes!, please let customers know the services rates before anything so that they can make a willing decision to proceed or just go somewhere else.
