Prices are fair but if you want to be treated with respect don't go here. The entitled pharmacist who thinks he's something special and talks down to his customers it's just not acceptable I will now pull all my prescriptions that probably about $1,000 a month for this store and I'll go somewhere else. When I mentioned to him I was going to do that he said good.

I have used this pharmacy for 20+ years and have never had a problem. I think they are excellent which is probably the reason they retain the same pharmacist for years which makes me feel comfortable discussing medicines and illnesses either them!!

John Ho in the pharmacy is the best pharmacist we've ever dealt with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Went out of his way to help me.

They look representative, but are not helpful. Every time you can visit the pharmacy, you won’t finish your order in a moment. They ask all kinds of issues to turn you back.

Steven the pharmacy tech is just rude. He should not be taking calls if he is not going to sound at least happy to help. He sounds so miserable, mad, and upset with smartalec response's. On the other hand had a pleasant call/experencie with Tech John and Sunshine they helped me with a smile, and high quality customer service.

Black lady pharmacy technician working on 01/09/24 at 2pm has the worst attitude and customer service skills I have ever seen at this Tom Thumb Pharmacy. Very nasty person. I won't be returning.

I went to TT today to pick up a few things I couldn’t find elsewhere. Perhaps due to the weather this past week, shelves were often bare, but I found most of what I wanted.
The few open registers resulted in long lines despite the store not being crowded. The cashier I was at was slow, and I started bagging and filling my cart so my items wouldn’t get crushed as they piled up. Then she said it was “time to pay,” so I stepped back to the register. HER bagging was slow and sloppy, and when we finished, I asked if I had everything. She had already started with the next customer and just said, “Yeah.” So I stepped away from the register and left the store.
When I got home, however, I discovered I was missing a few things. I checked my car. Nope. Never made it into the cart because I definitely checked that. I called and after looking around, they said to come back.
At the Customer Service desk, which was entirely untended, I waited several minutes before just getting the items myself. I returned to the CS desk, where 3 other customers now stood. We waited several more minutes before I finally asked a clerk standing idly by the self checkouts to please get someone. Her response, after she finally acknowledged us, was that the CS clerk was “counting cash and couldn’t just leave it.” When THAT person finally showed up, she said, “You should have taken it to a checkout.” I didn’t know I could!
This is unacceptable. I like your store, but I’m not tolerating such dismissive attitudes. If it happens again, I’ll take my business elsewhere and make sure all my friends hear about it.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. If they cannot fill a transfer prescription in an hour, THEN DONT SAY ITLL BE AN HOUR on the phone. If you only have two people then just tell the person calling it probably won’t get filled that night!!!! Just be honest upfront whether it’s in person or on the phone. Horrible attitudes from tech and pharmacist. And then acted like I should go to another pharmacy if I was uncomfortable at theirs after waiting an hour and 29 mins ? ask your manager for more employees, don’t snap at customers that didnt even snap at y’all in the first place. Tech got an attitude with me when all I wanted was a freaking update.
