Place want charge you to do there job make you check it in and enter all kinds stuff on your phone such hassle used rent all time but now new process is a joke want me use my phone enter all my information picture and we pay rent why shuld I kill my self to unhook and check in my self if I paid you I don’t like all app stuff

I had a reservation to pick up truck at 10:30a.m., got there waited in line. I got to the counter at 10:42, and they said if you're 30 minutes late that the reservation will canceled, and some how in that short time period there was no truck available even though I wasn't 30 minutes late. So I had to get another uhaul further away from both of my destinations and pay the extra 12 extra miles, plus the gas.

Excellent customer service and super easy to do the mobile rental reservation. Getting and returning the truck was ridiculously easy. Anytime I need to move anything local I will definitely use this service again. Turned out to be even cheaper than I thought and it was already cheap because of the low total mileage. Amazing service. I'm a huge fan. Keep up the great work!

1. I was given the wrong truck than the one I signed the contract to pick up.2. When I arrived at the site agreed for drop-off, U-Haul turned me away and without letting me know ahead of time.3. I was rerouted to 4 different locations all around town for about 40 extra miles as each place kept rejecting my drop-off and referring me to another.4. I was told by the area field manager that there would be no extra charges for mileage or gas beyond the original drop-off site.5. The next morning I see extra charges on my credit card for ALL the extra miles I had to drive that day.
