amazing customer service, Fred and Suzanne have always taken care of us and Fred is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to scopes, thermal and night vision. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Best in the business!

I hesitate to even mention it, but when I saw USA had the Holosun HE509-RD with the ACSS Vulcan reticle in stock at a good price I was skeptical because it is something that is hard to find, and honestly their website is a little rough looking. I heard good things online so I decided to take a chance and bought it. They shipped it quickly and it arrived fairly quickly, about a week or so. I was so happy with it I bought a second one and it likewise arrived quickly. I couldn't be happier and I thank you guys at USA Optics for such good service. Wish you the best! -Austin

When I ordered a site that was not in stock the owner reached out to me right away and helped me find another. The customer service At USA optics is top notch. Where else are you going to find an owner that helps customers answers questions and goes above and beyond to educate the customer. I will be buying all my sites from this place from here on out. I ordered a site that was not in stock. The owner stepped up right away sent me an email and said he would be happy to help me find another site for my gun. These days it's hard to find an owner that is running the business and Is involved with customer service. This is a top-notch company if you need help this is the place to go.

I read and I concur with all remarks above, Fred and his wife (I believe, Susan, please forgive me if I'm wrong) run a great shop, down to earth people and as honest as the day is long. I learned more about optics and about my Armashight TNV from Fred than I have learn in hours on-line. I could have visited with him for hours and would if not for my buddy who got his XQ38 and was rearing to go get it set up.
