People are breaking into cars watching you when you walk into the post office. Car was locked but they broke two windows. Asked inside for cameras and they have nothing!! this isn’t the first time someone has gotten there car broken into at this location. It’s going too keep happening until they put up cameras too catch the person. This happened in broad day light around 5pm. Be aware

Mrs Amy C. Was absolutely a pleasure to work with! I was trying to mail off my clients wedding invitations after experiencing so much run around at various post offices. She had a long line but was still very patient with me and very helpful!

The people at this location are amazing!! I mail packages fairly frequently to my family out of state, and everyone at this location goes above and beyond to be as helpful and quick as they can be!

7-26-25 I came to verify what box belonged to my address as we had not used it for more than 3 years. I was told a supervisor can help. They rang their bell more than 4 times. Waited 30+ minutes and no one ever came out.

wish I could give zero stars. The clerk Amy was extremely rude to all customers. She was trying to embarrass customers who did not have a box taped up or labeled. She even asked me rudely if I didn't have a box at home because I had bought one from the USPS instead. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Westchester PO for+35 years. My dealing have been extremely pleasant and professional. From the postmaster, the AO staff, to the carriers on the street, all are great employees. They work hard every day (and night) to deliver the mail...usually with a smile!

I have been visiting this location almost 20 years. The service has been excellent, the staff are kind, respectful and very helpful, including observation of their interactions with other customers.
This is a convenient location.
Our postal carrier has always been very professional and our mail can be expected to be delivered appropriately the same time majority of the time.
The inside of this facility is clean whenever I have come to conduct business, including the lobby. Several trash containers are available for patrons to throw away their junk mail, which greatly contributes to the cleanliness of the facility.
We love our community Post Office!

The five star review is not a reflection of the Post Office but for a specific employee. I was calling to speak with a supervisor regarding a carrier lying about attempting a letter delivery and was lucky to have Dawn help me. After being transferred and no one answered, Dawn asked if she could assist. She checked on the letter, gave me detailed instructions on how to get it delivered again. She followed up the next day to make sure I completed the form so the letter would be delivered without issue. Dawn was extremely apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. She has been extremely professional and made sure I was satisfied at the conclusion of the call. She should receive recognition for doing a great job! USPS needs more people like her working for them!

This location has not processed my outgoing mail in a timely fashion on more than one occasion, therefore my bill payments are arriving LATE!!
I have had to pay late fees due to the incompetence of the employees. DO BETTER!!!

The two old women in there they always mad and upset for no reason, I have a issue in there since Dec 2024 till not they trying, that’s ridiculous

Someone keeps marking my packages as vacant, although the home is NOT VACANT . I called and spoke with Miss Dawn as this happened 2 weeks prior and she herself made the notation that the home is NOT VACANT. Even she was baffled, and come to find out it’ was the same mail carrier who did not pay attention to her update BUT you still left mail. Very backwards! Dawn was very helpful and stated she would look out for my package and have it marked as redelivered but here we are the weekend and now I have to worry about the other employees who may accidentally try to return sender.
