I want to give a huge shoutout to Neri! She was my sales associate at Verizon and made my whole experience smooth and stress-free. She helped me switch my lines over and made sure every single detail was done correctly. She was very helpful, patient, and made sure I understood everything. Her customer service is truly unmatched! I would definitely recommend everyone to come see her. Best customer service ever!

I came in looking for help removing a carrier unlock on a device after customer service said it would need to be verified by a manager in person and was dismissed quickly. Bad look from Verizon that switching to a different provider has been a 48 hour process.

I just left VzW store just an hour ago. Jake was the most helpful person ever. He knew his stuff. He demonstrated professionalism along with great product knowledge with a great attitude as well. The overall store had an oura of wanting to meet the needs of their customers. Jake won my future continued loyalty, he stayed until my issue was resolved. I previously spent over 5 hours with 3 reps and 1 supervisor trying to resolve my device connection issue, then I met Jake, he worked and worked until my issue was resolved. I am an old man, lol, I have been with VzW for 18 years and I hope for many more years to come because of those Jakes out there. He knew his stuff! ....Kudo's!!

I updegraded my phone and added.
Samsung Tablet to my account last week. I went back there today. Need help setting up my tablet about an hour before closing. The staff was friendly.
And help was fast thanks to Jake, jake was kind and friendly.
I had a problem setting up my Google account on my tablet. Jake did solve my problem. And he walked me through setting up my samsung account and learning my tablet.
Thank you, jake, the android export of this location.
I recommend this verizon branch.
