Went into this location Saturday to look at the options for new phones. We were greeted by Irma at the door and asked if she could assist us. She was knowledgeable and very engaging. When she wasn't sure about the answers to a few odd questions we had, she asked Jake, who was very informative, asked US great questions to determine the best phone for us and was understanding about budgets, technical skill on our part and even demonstrated the phones we were looking at so we had a better understanding of their capabilities. I have NEVER been to a Verizon store that had such great customer service! (And we've been with Verizon since they started in the cell service!) There was no push to sell us a phone. Jake and Irma were very congenial and pleasant to speak to. Very good experience!

Verizon has the best customer service, this was my first time visiting this location. Mr. Isidro went over and beyond to make sure my phone was properly working before I left that store. I would most definitely visit here again, and actually give him 10 stars. When I go to a business or anywhere I spend money, I love being treated like my dollar counts, Because it does. How you treat people, says a lot about your character. Verizon hands down thank you. Now the energy of another manager there was umm questionable, Jake. While I'm sitting there working with the above agent Isidro, Jake kind of caught me off guard. He was like we are now closed and if you leave out the door we can not let you back in. All I could think was why would you waste your time approaching a customer that was not leaving without their phone period. Weird vibes, so I sarcastically said I want be leaving without my phone, and why are you right here. Have a great day and thanks for the customer care. Enough said. Sometimes what's understood, need not be explained.

I got my phone here. The employees helped me tremendously. I'm so serious. They helped save my life because i was so nervous trying to understand all this technology. Monica helped me the first time i went and Isario helped me set up my new Samsung galaxy Ultra 23. They all deserve a raise.

This was the worst experience. I traded an Apple 11 for an Apple 14. 800 yuan off the package service. The clerk sent it to me and I tipped him 15 yuan. Now I am told that I did not receive my old phone! I can't believe this is what he did.???

It will disappoint you it already makes me dislike Verizon something horrible they are not professional and follows the policy situation they give false information, if they are very following policy and professional they would explain very clear it will not make me feel dislike them, Verizon need not try to convince it your fault no it not it them they are work from Verizon and false talk conversations and make an agreement we do not work as them we are customers from Verizon now look it happened to me it frustration and confusion, disappointment that all I want to say. And it long story and I just short say have great day.

This store is one of the worst stores in Grand Prairie tx I had walked in and return a product I bought worth 100 so they credit me back I spend 53.96 for 2 chargers and had 48 dollars left I told them to put the rest on the gift card but they didn't listen they did what they wanted instead of listening to the customer request so they added the 48 dollars for my next month bill bunch of idiots who work there including the store manager people like these make the company look bad they don't deserve to have a job instead they should be fired for going into people accounts without customers permission I don't recommend anyone to this Corporate store it's better going to a franchise Verizon store at least they care about customers and understand better f*** this store never coming back they just lost a customer

I went in to ask about buying another phone case for my Samsung phone and getting another screen protector. At first, I was greeted immediately but then I felt like I was not too important due to the fact that I was not there to purchase any plan or upgrade. The manager and associate immediately seemed to want to dismiss me and move on to next customer. I would receive short answers when I asked a question. I have my service with Verizon so I should've received better customer service.

Gabriel gave me great service today! I had an issue with the billing on my account and called into the Verizon customer service center twice with no help. I go into this location and go great service and fixed my issue! 2nd time getting great service here.

Leaving one star is like leaving a five star review for this establishment. I am in extreme disbelief by the lack of costumer service provided.

If I could leave no star, I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The greeter had a tablet and never asked for our names or even said hello then said it would be "an hour".I asked what he meant by that and instead of stopping or turning around to answer he keeps walking away and yells back "the wait". I understand if the store is busy but only one other group of people were preset talking to a representative. Completely unprofessional I'm a verizon user and every other store i've been to has been so welcoming and professional this was honestly my first issue with them as a company!

I lost all trust with this store and am considering switching from Verizon. Don't trust Ralph. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told if I traded in my current phone that it was enough to cover the price of the new phone I was buying and I had 30 days to come back in to do the trade. I thought that was wonderful. I go in today and get told my phone trade in is worth only half of what I was told and the guy who sold me my upgrade "has been working here for 10 years so I know he wouldn't say that." Yeah, okay. Thanks for nothing Verizon. Gotta love getting conned...
