Needed medicine at 3am and the store hours stated the location was open 24 hours! Upon arrival, the store was closed! Do better by providing the correct hours of operation! Drive time wasted!!!

My mother in law wanted me to write this review and give major props to Kayla this morning! She said that Kayla was by herself and running not only the register, pick up orders, photo and pefume area but also handling customers with speed, effectiveness, kindness and grace. She knows exactly what she is doing! Excellent customer sevice with a calm demeanor and not once in the busy store did she seem overwhelmed, frazzled or frustrated.
She handled everything with ease, helped my mother in law with a mistake she made online quickly and efficiently and my mother in law said it is hard to find amazing workers like her. Walgreens, stop being cheap and hire more employees to help Kayla out since she shouldn't be in a position like that in the first place. Give her a huge raise/promotion since she's not only doing the job of 3 people but doing it with wonderful speed, accuracy and grace! Props to Kayla!

Yolanda the pharmacy cashier always has some sort of attitude. never greets or says goodbye and she always has this ugly face. my mother hates it when shes there when she has to pick up her prescription.

Hated my experience at this location. First time here and I won't be back. The cashier was rude. I said hello, and she ignored me. Horrible customer service. I asked a very specific question and she brushed it off by answering vaguely which actually didn't answer my question in any way. The cashier behaved as if she hates her job. I'll stick to the Walgreens on my side of town - the south side of town on the other end of Carrier. They always greet you with a smile, are professional, eager to help and are always polite. I've been going there for 20+ years and they've always been this way.

Yolanda the cashier in pharmacy seemed to be in a mood or something. Doesn't speak to hello, can I help you and then gave us the scripts still no thank you or bye
I did address it by saying try having a nice day sounded like I bothered her to be a customer at all. I may not come back and go to Tom thumb for now.

11:50 and they're already closed. Rude staff from other visits ...if I could give no stars. I would call to complain but obviously nobody cares with these horrible reviews.

Refused to see me alcoholic beverages even with valid ID and being well above legally required age. Store is mostly clean.

Went to Walgreens to print custom photo Christmas cards. There were big streaks through the image. That's just the way the machine prints was their response. Took the same images to CVS and they printed great.
The attendant at the store acted like she had been severely inconvenienced to stop looking at their phone to handle a customer.

Lucinda is such a despotic person with a horrible temper, I can't imagine how she lives her miserable life!! I don't know how people like her can be in charge!! He never wants to accept the coupons when the machine gives them to us, he always invents that we have to wait 24 hours!! As if she were the owner of the Walgreen, she is just a simple employee who can be replaced at any time!! How sad it makes me for you!!

Don't ignore the bad reviews.They make you wait in line for the key to buy baby formula and then make you wait in line again to check out. Some of the employees do try but those are far and few. I don't think this company really cares about it's customers so if you have other options I would definitely encourage you to explore them.
