Steer clear of this pharmacy. Not only is there some clear conflict between the pharmacist and the other staff in the pharmacy but when the staff complained about the pharmacist not helping them, the pharmacist proceeded to laugh very publicly in their faces. This all was after they received a prescription at 11am and upon attempting to pick up they claimed it would have to wait until Monday, mind you, the pick up was at 4pm. Then miraculously after we pushed back they “found some” and thankfully filled it. To add insult to injury as we were walking to the register I stumbled on this large piece of rubber sticking out of the ground and the cashier said “I keep telling them to fix that because I trip on it every day” so clearly whoever is managing this place is struggling.

I used the automated phone system twice to refill my prescription. It's not filled yet. I called pharmacy twice. Waited on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up. I called back 3 days later, finally talked to a person and was told that the machine doesn't work to get prescriptions refilled. DISCONNECT IT IF IT DOESN'T WORK!!! I hope to get my meds tomorrow.

The service at this pharmacy is terrible. I do not recommend it. If you need your doctor to send the medications, use any other pharmacy because when you go to the emergency room it is because it is an emergency. And I am still waiting for the medicine that the doctor sent since midnight. The day before, Walgreens still hasn't delivered it to me because they don't have it yet. This pharmacy is a real disaster. I don't recommend giving it a zero. It's enough for this pharmacy.

I have had recently the worst customer service at the pharmacy and have had to return up to 3 times to pick up one prescription even after calling on the phone to make sure if it would be ready. The staff on the weekend continues to tell me that there is a new program that they have to order your medicine everytime . I have not had this issue in the past nor have I ever heard of it continuously happening on every medicine I order. I have been a pharmacy tech for 20 years and this is dangerous depending on what medication you are picking up. In my case it was seizure medicine for my daughter and the tech that was there could care less .

The staff needs to be retrained on how to work the photo desk. Arrived at the estimated time and they hadn't even started printing. Waited over 30 minutes (still waiting as I write this) for 60 5x7 graduation announcements. The employees were nice, but unprofessional and inadequately trained.

Kind of upset because when I called earlier in the day about my blood pressure medication I was told it would be ready today. I go to pick it up and it been at least 5 to 6 hours since I spoke to someone, and the young girl at the window was rude 1st of all and then said it's not ready and to come in tomorrow. I will probably switch all my medication to another pharmacy just because of her way of handling it. Poor customer service

Walgreens on S. Carrier 75052 is the absolutely worst run pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Last time I tried to talk to a live person I was on hold 12 minutes. Details aside, I would recommend you stay far away if you value your sanity or even hope to get your meds in a timely manner. I'm transferring to CVS at first opportunity. It would be impossible for any store to be run worse than this Walgreens. FYI, their main office customer service is no better.

Waited around for like 25 minutes just to pick up some photos and I was checked on her by two very nice ladies who told me that they page the person to the photo counter and that she would be with me shortly. I mean it's a store I get it you're Busy no problem I can wait my turn. When the person that they were paging finally came to the photo counter there was a line behind me and instead of greeting me or even saying how can I help you all she said is what do you want. I was thinking to myself OK rude but I'm sure she didn't mean it like that and then the phone was ringing the lady picked it up and said that they were too busy to do curbside pick up and then hung up the phone and continue to say that she's definitely not doing that and they can get out of their car and come get it. Maybe she was having a bad day maybe she was frustrated but I feel like there's a better way to treat people around you.

I have no issues with this place other than it shouldn’t take an HOUR to get a Covid vaccine with appointment. Ridiculous.
