IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION!
I had the UNPLEASANT experience of ETHAN at your store (#09720).
I visited the store to purchase a clearance lip balm priced at \$1.29. At checkout, the young African American male cashier told me, “You don’t need a receipt,” instead of properly informing me that the receipt would be sent to my email. Unfortunately, I do not have access to that email account, and I later discovered that I was charged the regular price.
Upon realizing the issue, I returned to the store and was directed to speak with Ethan, who was in the cosmetics aisle. I explained the situation, and he immediately asked for a receipt. I reiterated what the cashier told me, and by that point we were back at the register. The cashier then denied saying that, which was disappointing.
Despite seeing the transaction in my Walgreens app, Ethan told me that without a printed receipt, he could only offer store credit, not a refund, stating that the app purchase detail “doesn't count as a receipt” because there was “no barcode.” I went to my car, frustrated with the dismissiveness I was experiencing, and eventually found the barcode in the app myself.
When I returned and showed Ethan, I expressed that assistance in navigating the app would have been helpful. His response was both shocking and unprofessional: *“We’re not trained on how to use the app — that’s above my pay grade.”*
Frankly, I found this attitude unacceptable, especially coming from a manager. A lack of basic training and refusal to assist customers reflects poorly on both your staff and the company as a whole. Ethan’s dismissive and sarcastic response only added to my disappointment.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location — or any Walgreens — moving forward. I will take my business to establishments that value their customers and train their employees, especially managers, in basic customer service and professionalism.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure your employees represent the Walgreens brand in a way that encourages, rather than alienates, customer loyalty.

They open back up and people need their beds but I been on hold for a hour and it still say 3 r more in front of me still

This location is not managed well. A prescription was digitally submitted on Monday morning, and today is Wednesday, and the prescription is still not ready. We have gone on 3 separate occasions to pick up, and each they tell it will be ready in 1 hour and, of course, no prescription.
I will be looking for another local pharmacy.

Staff is very disorganized. Service is slow. Takes several days to get a prescription refilled.

The pharmacy has gotten worse and worse in the last few years. They dont order the medicines and do not communicate at all. They said they are short staffed. I have to move from there. They make me wanna scream for something that is simple.

I was told a much NEEDED prescription could be filled by the pharmacy and when I arrived was told, “I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have it in supply.”I then called the next day to follow up by asking if I could be placed on a waiting list and held on for 35 minutes. When the wait time would auto end, the staff just picked up the phone and put me back on hold without saying a word. 35 minutes on hold!!!! Worst customer service!!

Worst pharmacy. What else can I say, nothing good!!Rate -5 and that's generous. Waiting times are awful. I was put on hold for 6 minutes then I got a recording they gone to lunch. Call back!!!REALLY!!

Have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. I always call ahead for prescriptions and still have issues with them filling them on time.
