From the first time I went in to open a new account was greeted and given clear instructions and walked through the process by the gentleman on setting up an appointment. Nice guy When I returned for my appointment. Greeted immediately by multiple bankers. No wait and my account opening was simple and very informative with Nasean. She was excellent. Very nice explanatory and detailed in my options and the setting up of my accounts and app. The branch manager was also welcoming and pleasant (Jamie) Love the start of this relationship.

Cashed a check here and received money I couldn't spend anywhere. Went to 4 different stores and even tried to deposit in my bank account. No-one will accept this fake looking 20$ . They gave me two of them but one actually took when I tried to deposit in my account. Why not pull this bad money out and get rid of it, instead of giving it to customers that need all of their hard earned money.

WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS WELLS FARGO EVER AGAIN.Ummm... Is there an option for 0 stars?HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND.* 2 ND TIME AT THAT LOCATION TO CASH MY CHECK, SAME PEOPLE AT THAT WELLS FARGO LOCATION.APPARENTLY THEY COULDNT CASH IT EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE ALREADY DONE SO BEFORE.* WAS NOT GREETED/ ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP(AND HERE IS THE CHERRY ON TOP....) I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM.... WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE A CUSTOMER BATHROOM.

They are the closest bank to me however, the service is not always to great. The last time I went there I had to wait about 2 mins while a lady was giving training tips to a teller. I have a basic checking account with them and hated to hear that they charge for their temporary checks and certificates! (Other banks don't)

They literally don't want you there. They quickly referred me to another branch and did not pay attention to my worries. The employees acted like they were doing me a favour by referring me to another branch.Fixing to close all my accounts because of this horrible experience.

This location sucks I was told by the bank manager use the app For any questions or services. I didn't need to go into the bank to get help for anything involving my account

I had the most wonderful experience here with an Associate Personal Banker named Nasean McCray. She went above and beyond to help resolve my situation. I had a very specific situation and she even called up to upper management to ensure we had the correct information. The first time I came in we couldn’t completely resolve the issue but she tried her absolute best. The next day when I came in she was about to go on her lunch break and she still even stopped to help me before going. She was extremely professional and gave some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. It is rare you get service like I received with Nasean nowadays.

Make sure you bring lunch and a pillow because this is the slowest operation I’ve ever been to. Also, turn your car off cause you’ll burn your gas waiting.

Didnt help me resolve anything that I needed! You need an apointment for everything in here.. Came to the location in Pioneer, and even though they actually have a lot of clients, they solved all my issues without an appointment and with a smile on their face. Will be going to Pioneer from now on.

The worst drive thru service ever! Four lanes with one teller. I have waited 15-20 minutes to just make a simple deposit. It is ALWAYS a problem!

There was only one teller for drive thru and window service. And they can’t help you replace a lost card in person here. Automatic phone service and phone bankers couldnt do it either and I called on separate occasions which was why I came in person. To talk to a banker here you have call to schedule in advanced and cant schedule in person. This Wells Fargo branch location isnt convenient at all! I went to another location and was able to do resolve everything.

Questions why they have many windows if only one working only 1 35 min waiting management in they office no help for the cashier . Sorry Wells Fargo. Need new upgrade.
