Spoke with the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The place is really clean. All shoes are easily accessible. I Found some really nice Skechers that I didn't even know existed and I think I found a new pair of shoes

I had a great experience at WSS! The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and provided great recommendations. The checkout process was smooth, and I really appreciated how patient and professional everyone was. It’s always nice to shop somewhere with great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very first time visiting this location and the young lady at the register looked at my husband and I and did not speak at all. Walked pass another employee and she looked at us and did not speak. Very rude and unprofessional if you ask me. My husband was about to make a purchases but I told him let's just leave and go to rackroom like we usually do. Let's spend our money at a place that Makes us feel welcome because WSS was not the place.

Walked in all 3 employees looked at my family and didn’t speak..weird vibes for sure. Out of town visitor had never heard of this place but clearly we aren’t the type of customer they serve. Also prices aren’t lower than any other shoe store.
Check out the stores response in only acknowledging the price and not the employees lack of service. Shows what they stand for.
