Shipment supposed to arrive at 8am, based on the time they gave me. No delivery. Then I called and they indicated it would be here in 20 minutes. No delivery. No apology from the staff. They never called me with any updates.All of us are busy and count on believing what they say they will do.Delivery finally arrivedHorrible customer service
