Brought a box up and asked if I could use their tape gun to close the top of my box. Legitimately like 12 inches of tape. Lady said, “Sorry, I don’t have any big tape for you. But you can buy some.” The tape gun was right next to her. Thanked her kindly and walked out the door.

Horrible service on top of they dont have tape so you have to buy it which is fine whatever. I told the lady i have the lable on my phone she said thats fine, i show it to her after buying tape and says we cant do that it needs to be printed, you can go to the library to do that.

My husband works from home.. Here every day and yet they will not deliver packages!! It's so frustrating!! Do your job!!
