What a great place, and trust. I have spoken to Dwight and J personally. And both are fair and up front business men. They are not out to rip you off. Years of experience, first hand knowledge of car care. Remember if you take your vehicle some place to get worked on. It's probably because you can't fix it. So trust DW Automotive to take care of you. I know I have, for all my automotive needs. They do it all, just ask and they can walk you through the steps.

This shop treated me fair. Changed out my exhaust manifold it was cracked. While they were waiting on parts they called me_ said my front brakes were bad very bad & needed a complete front brake job .New rotors, pads & repack wheel bearings.Very fast service. I would recommend them. I'll be using them.

I was traveling from Ft. Worth to San Antonio, truck suddenly lost power, started shaking so I pulled off next exit and Googled auto repair, got to Dwight's shop. He asked if I could leave the truck overnight and I explained I couldn't, he immediately ran a system check, discovered the problem, sent his guy to get the parts needed and had me back on the road in just over an hour for a very very low price. Best dealings I've ever had with a mechanic. Dwight is fast, fair and a great American. If you're in the Grandview area.... go see Dwight at DW's Automotive.Services: Steering / Suspension

They TOLD me what he thought it was could NOT FIX IT that day went back with part They TOLD ME PRICE BUT COULD NOT DO IT THAT DAY EIGHTER ?? Said I had to drop it off it would take all day ? I had mobile mechanic come to MY HOUSE FOR SAME PRICE he fixed it in 30 minutes . Boyfriend wanted truck diagnosed and fixed I followed him there they TOLD US THAT BECAUSE I GOT CAR FIXED AT MY HOUSE THAT THEY DID FREE DIAGNOSTICS BUT TO GET IT FIXED THERE AND THAT WE HAD NO MONEY ? AWFUL RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE treated US AWFUL AND RUDE !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE SO BEWARE YALL JUST TELLING MY STORY TRUTH !!!

DW Automotive was a pleasure to work with! I wanted to paint my Jeep a new color. They offered free of charge to pick up from my house, created a new color based on what I wanted, and were quick to return my jeep. Dwight and Jay were both very professional and super nice. I found DW to be quality work at a great price and would definitely return!
