We called Bob Baze Propane after contacting multiple other companies trying to get our tank filled. Our normal provider couldn’t come until early next week, others weren’t taking new customers, or simply didn’t answer.

Bob Baze Propane got us set up immediately and took great care of us — with no up charge, even with the upcoming cold weather and being in immediate need. They told us it might be the next day or Friday before a driver could come out, but instead we received a call the same day and had a driver at our house by 8 PM that night!

“Called in a bind as our previous company had basically turned their back on us even though we had been loyal customers for over 13 years. Spoke with the owner and he said he could get a new tank delivered the next day. I offered to pay extra, wash his car, clean his office, anything to sweeten the deal. His response was don’t worry about it, this is my Christmas gift to your family. As a business owner myself, this sort of customer service is not heard of much anymore.
