I don't usually speak badly of places or their employees, but hire polite people who really know how to treat customers well and courteously, because we, the people, are not to blame if your employee is in a bad mood. Personal problems can be left at home. Thank you.

Third time stopping here on trips. Never been a good experience. Dirty bathrooms, no paper towels or toilet paper some of the time and one time Burger King was closed 2 hours early. They said no one had come in so they shut all the stuff off.

Got here 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and walked up to the door. The employees were standing right in front of the door talking and ignored me until I tried to open the door. One turned and made eye contact but none of them moved to open the door. Very annoying to not stick to the posted hours

Legitimately one of NASTIEST dirtiest bathrooms I've ever been in. Rest of the gas station didn't seem terrible but the bathroom was bad. Absolutely no positive, would have rather used a portapotty.

Agree with giving below 0 rating. First impression ???Men’s and Women’s bathroom out of paper.First pump not working. 4 people behind counter. NOT impressed at all. Look up when cleaning bathroom and get dust off of vents

I would give this Shell a zero star if I could. I bought 64 dollars of gas on the August 23rd 2022. Their gas is bad. I got down the road a ways and my car died on the freeway going 75 miles an hour. Had car problems from then on. Ended up having to get my truck into a shop and get my fuel injection cleaned. Would definitely not stop at this store for fuel!!!! Update: Had to get a tune up because the gas fouled my plugs....:(

I love the two people that work in the mornings. They are so nice and make the quick experience fun. They know a lot of customers by names and always strike up a fun conversation. Hands down best gas station employees you will ever meet.

Stopped in on a recent trip to Oklahoma for a restroom break for me and my dog. My wife went to exit our vehicle however she slipped and fell in the parking lot, the clerk, I wish I had gotten her name, came out to see what happened along with several of the customers, sorry no names as well, I was walking the dog and immediately they called me to the scene. The clerk attended to my dog while myself and a very appreciated young man in uniform helped my wife up. After the accident occurred we thanked everyone for the help and assured the clerk that everything was fine and she was ok. In this difficult time you never know how to act or approach people who are in need, this lady not only offered her a bottle of water but she told her to be careful and asked again if she was going to be ok. She told us to have a safe trip and we continued our journey. I only wish I had gotten her name, but to the wonderful and very much appreciated lady who was working Friday morning around 10 am January 15,2021 thank you very much for your response to this situation and thank you for your concern and compassion you expressed to my wife. To the owner and manager of this store, you have a very good employee who not only cares about her job and the customers who stop here she cares about the people! You definitely need to have more like her working with you. Thank you very much David and Judy Shelton, Waco Texas January 15,2021
