Postmaster was no help. Unwilling to accept responsibility for USPS screw up even with evidence of fact stating otherwise. I drove 22 miles round trip to pick up a package that wasn't there as advised by the USPS via tracking.

I usually have a 4 but, after today. Im very mad and upset. I do not like being called a lier when I'm telling you. I just check my box a week ago and there was not a key. Then you trying to tell me I had it since April. We did not have it. One of your peeps put it in there. Not us. Im beyond mad and disrespected. The lady that helped me first was nice. But the woman from the back was not.

I had been tracking a present for my husband's birthday gathering the following day. I had waited all day for our carrier. I saw our post carrier pull up at a little after 4:00pm on a Saturday. I opened my front door and yelled at the dogs to come in. She had her window down, my dogs left our mailbox and she looked in my direction which is exactly 60 feet from our front door to our mailbox. I swore she looked straight at me but will give her the benefit of doubt. It was cold and misty rain so I was putting on my shoes and never shut the front door hurrying to get out there and SHE DROVE OFF!!!!! So first I thought maybe the package didn't show up and the alerts were wrong until I checked and her response was Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Locations! Are you kidding me. She didn't even attempt it. You would have to honk, yell out the car window, or get out of the vehicle. She didn't even put a notice in my mailbox! I saw all of this on the website! Please use Fed-ex or UPS not our US postal service! I did call the vendor and asked them to change and they stated the owner is considering it since I am about the 20th person complaining since Christmas about our UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. They have lost checks, gift cards and also now a notarized document that my employee has been waiting on since Thanksgiving. So if you choose to use this horrible delivery service, always pay extra to track or insure the package.

Lost mail ....Wrong mail in my PO Box ....regular occurrence at this location....paid my Box fee a week early and Still got my Box blocked and mail returned......every day is a new surprise at 76050 ....Good Luck .....

They should have no stars because they are horrible leaving packages in the middle of the roads giving us someone else's mail and also losing my mail because either have 3 envelopes coming from a friend and never received them and my friend sent them out over month ago. I'm always calling and complaining to them! Getting upset more and more everyday!

The people inside are friendly while the the people who deliver are extremely lazy and at time either not deliver packages or just toss them out the window.
